Staff is super helpful and friendly. I just had 2 of my guitars serviced, and adjusted. The work they did was excellent.

Bought a new Martin on a Sunday. It was shipped on Monday and arrived Friday. Packed well and arrived in perfect condition. Was super playable out of the box almost in tune even. Would definitely buy from them again!
