The Taylors are very nice people that I enjoyed meeting and talking to. I believed that they were good, honest people and felt good about buying a used car from a family owned business. I drove the car and it seemed fine. However, less than 2 weeks after I drove the car off the lot, the check engine light came on. It also seemed to be more "clunky" than when I test drove it. I scanned it and found that the engine code had to do with the "catalyst efficiency", which seemed odd since Taylor's had just replaced the catalytic converter. I told them about this. No response. I took the car to my mechanic, which is where I found out that my car has TWO catalytic converters, one of which is going bad. I also found out that the car needs tie rods, control arms, an alignment and struts. That's about $4500 worth of repairs on a car that the Taylors said that there was nothing mechanically wrong with...and $4500 worth of repairs that I can't afford to pay.I should have taken the car to my mechanic before I bought it instead of being so trusting. I was in a bind being without a car and desperately wanted this purchase to be a good one. It wasn't. Lesson learned. #******

Honest, good, and fair mom and pop place. My boyfriend and I just bought a used truck and had a wonderful and speedy time working with them. No BS here. Would definitely return for another vehicle in the future or for any future repairs needed.

My first time buying a used car from this car lot. Tani Taylor Owner of Taylor Auto was informative and honest about the vehicle that My daughter bought. She purchased a 2008 Dodge Avenger SXT 4 cylinder 4 door Sedan with low mileage, clean and ready to drive off the lot... He gets a lot of his vehicles from Pennsylvania, which if you don't know about Pennsylvania, they have yearly safety inspections and emission inspections of your vehicle... As a protective parent, I was looking for a dependable used vehicle along with safety ready to drive for my daughter. THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT I GOT.. I have to be honest ! I have done research on comparable Vehicles, and Taylor Auto Sales is priced as competitive or more as any other dealers in Stark County area...
