Service was very good.the $6.00 wash didn't work but for $7.00 it was well worth it.

Ordered the $8 wash and wax. Drove in and stopped when prompted. The machine went around the van with no soap coming out of the nozzles. Then, on the 3rd rotation, it went well into rinse mode, so basically I received a high-pressure Rinse instead of a wash and rinse.The contact phone number is disconnected, so I cannot call and get a refund.

Pulled in for the automatic wash. Swiped my card and waited for the car in front of me to be done. Car wash never started for the car in front of me resulting in them pulling out. I hit the refund button and left. No attendant on duty to assist. Watched and of course the charge hit my checking acct. Called the number listed on the website which appears to be a fax number. So now I will have to dispute the charge with the bank

8 dollars for the best wash, no dry. and none of the colorful soap (not sure what it's actually called lol). when there's a sheetz 5 mins down the road and you get a dry and the other soap for 7 dollars. boo.
