Place was very drity. The bowling allies would not keep correct score and would malfunction. People were also bowling on my lane. Bathroom stalls don't have locks and are 5ft tall. We polity asked for redund and guy basically ignored us and said "sorry can't" water looked like lemonade and tasted like rust. Tried to use vending machines were not working. Place smelled like straight weed. Also homeless people begging for money outside the doors. Never coming back. Don't recommend

Terrible experience! PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THIS BOWLING ALLEY! No refunds, managers and employees are rude! & all lanes are broken and if they move you to another lane that lane will probably be broken too. My family paid for 2 games and couldn’t even finish 1 game because there’s too many issues! Save your money!!!! I will not be back! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Sincerely wishing that I could have left 0 stars! Hope to see this place shut down soon, garbage lanes, and garbage customer service! Lanes all broke and when we asked for a partial refund we were told absolutely not! Save your time and money and take your business to a phenomenal bowling alley nearby like Parke Centre Lanes, or AMF!

Absolute garbage facility. We paid for two games on two lanes and couldn’t make it through 1 game The lanes would malfunction every frame and finally stopped working all together. Asked for a refund or the 1 game we couldn’t even start because of there malfunctioning lanes and the guy behind the counter basically said we are out of luck. Worst customer service I have ever got anywhere. I obviously will never come back and will make sure I tell everyone to do the same.

wish 0 stars was an option. i do not recommend this place, came here with a couple of friends and our lane was messed up, had to have them fix any strike or spare we got because our lane didn’t count it. they even reset the lane and that didn’t work, i was told to talk to the owner and she was RUDE. i will NEVER come back nor will i recommend this place to anyone.

DO NOT COME HERE!! if ur willing to get shot then so be it, this is your place. Since the last owner lost the place, this place is trash!! Lanes never work, food looks gross, floors smell as soon as u walk in, thugs everywhere, sheriffs are always here, weed smell is horrible!!, vending machines don’t work, just ran down. And definitely over priced. Trust me when I say it. Go to PARK CENTRE LANES on whipple!!! Way cheaper and the lanes work, theirs nice people, workers are friendly, food is great. Save ur money and go there. Strike zone should be shut down!

VERY RUDE AND TRASHY PEOPLE WAITED 2 hours for lanes and when we got lanes they didn’t work had to be moved and those lanes didn’t work either VERY RUDE SAFF they also don’t have kids shoes or adult socks it was a joke

This place definitely needs more help. Too many lanes broke down,Change machine and pop vending machine broke.We we told open bowling at 7:00 got there6 40 no lanes came open til almost 8 then lane kept braking down. Sorry it was such a bad experience for my family.

Absolutely amazing service tonight I can’t remember the young boys name but he is there now. And was so kind the bowling lane messed up a rail and we had a few issues in our lane but he was very kind and never got frustrated or caught a attitude was very very pleasant the minor issues never bothered me with such Amazing understanding customer service. That boy definitely deserve one hell of a raise.
