Edit: took her to Cotwins down the street and paid $128 for an exam, ultrasound and meds.
Please do not take your pet here, even if it's an emergency. They will lie and try to bully you into paying ungodly amounts of money for arbitrary tests. They won't even give your pet fluids or pain meds unless you pay the full amount upfront. We got a $5,000 estimate for surgery before our cat even got X-rays to see what was wrong. Was told we were taking too long to make the very tough decision of either putting our young cat down or paying the ridiculous bill that wasn't even the full amount we'd have to pay. We paid the $600+ for the X-rays and left.

We had to bring my dog in last night as he swallowed a glove. The staff worked very hard to make sure our dog was seen within the time frame needed to induce vomiting. We were seen very quickly and they took great care of him!

The vet & staff have been so kind. Romeo is alive right now because of their staff. My pup doesn’t bark & didn’t. Just going for a walk. A neighbor was walking his pitbull & he has hurt a dog before. We we’re on the other side of the road & he ran at Romeo & the man couldn’t hold on to the leash “. He mauled & went and bit into his throat & mouth. If you can’t hold onto to a a dog that can be dangerous then don’t walk him. Please be mindful because you wouldn’t want this to happen to you. Again I’m so grateful for your staff❤️

Brought my dog here for a laceration on her ear . There was a lot of blood ( I wasn’t aware that the ears bleed so bad ) so I was fairly upset . When you get there , you call and they will tell you to come in . So I bring my dog in and the older woman at the front desk wearing a boot is the rudest woman I have ever come across in my life . When we were in the exam room (mind you my dog is still bleeding everywhere and I’m visibly upset ) this woman is trying to have me sign a paper while my dog is jumping around trying to see her and blood is going everywhere . She was annoyed that my dog was jumping and sighed extremely dramatic and was like no we’re not doing this and shut the door . The vet tech then came in and she was the only pleasant person in there . Long story short they tried to charge me $900 saying my dog needed a stitch in her ear . I explained I didn’t have that type of money and the vet said “ can’t you call friends or family to help you ?” I don’t have help like that . So the vet tech came back and I asked her if there was anything else I could do , she suggested we glue her laceration and put a hood and cone on my dog . I agreed . My dog is doing great and her ear is almost healed . All in all I feel like the woman at the front desk should not be working in this type of environment and I feel like they are all about the money . I would drive the extra 20 minutes and take your animals to Copley animal hospital .

We had to make the decision to have our dog put down which I struggled with! The staff was absolutely amazing, kind and understanding!! They made my dog comfortable so she could come home for one last day, so my family could have the time we needed! And in her final moments they were caring and respectful to us to give us the time we needed!! Thank you to all the staff ❤️

I swear vets are money hungry people I’m sorry to say I wish I could give no stars my dog is very sick and couldn’t get approved for care credit and barely money to start with and I think they need to have a better system for people who can’t get approved for a stupid credit card and now I have to sit and watch my poor dog suffer because you guys don’t have a payment plan or anything that would help people who can’t afford y’all outrageous prices and charged me $100 to do absolutely nothing for my dog which is crazy like I said wish I could get no stars ⭐️ but giving one because the staff was very nice

All the staff was incredibly compassionate and considerate when I had to make the really tough decision to put my cat down that I've had for 15+ years. I decided to cremate her and they sent her home in and beautiful box with her paw prints and some fur. And if that wasn't enough they sent me a card in the mail a few days after. I hope they know how much I appreciate their kindness ❤️

THIS VET SHOULD BE WORKING IN A GULAG NOT A "EMERGENCY CLINIC"
My cat cat ate a rodent that was poisioned using rodenticied.
My cat was disaapeared for 3 days and showed up all lethargic, emaciated, dehydrated and no appetite.
Had to take the cat into this EXTERMINATION CAMP on Saturday, REAL vet was closed .
They took the cat in after a long wait.
IMMEDIATELY they said to help this cat we need 1500 dollar to run test.
Cant afford that "we just want the regular shots that would reverse or stop the cats poisoning "
Then we waited an hour.. and asked and they said "the cat is on oxygen resting, there is a two hour wait" so we go to get some food.
10 minutes later they call and say ," they vet can see you now."
The vet comes in and says "this cat is really sick it will cost 1500 to do this work"
"What about the shot?"
Refused to do anything unless 1500
"This cat is so sick we can put it down for 218 bucks"
"Can't we take it home give it something for relief and we'll take it elsewhere??"
"I Don't think that would be fair to the cat it is really sick"
Extortion. Extortion of people through their loss of a pet.
The vet smiled and said pull around to side of building to take your animal. What a great customer service and beside manner!
A vendor of death.
HIGH VOLUME MEDICENE IS EVIL.
GET THEM IN GET THEM OUT QUICKLY
PAY HIGHER , BETTER SERVICE
!! THIS FACILITY IS FULL OF WANKERS AND TOSSERS.
Karma. I wonder what is in store for you when Death come knocking on your door? What will the price be ? ??

Edit in Response: I had no issues waiting in my car outside during the pandemic, the issue was the staff acted careless about the situation and seemed to only care about the money that they were going to receive. And based on the bad reviews that keep flowing in, no your prices are not competitive with anyone else in the area and apparently people are still perceiving that the staff only cares about money. Everyone is recommending people to drive further away if their pets are able to make it in whatever situation.
And no, there was no “being upfront” about your third party interest rates with CareCredit because the card number was given over the phone due to the pandemic and I wasn’t given anything to physically sign nor did the person who took my card information explain any no interest terms available whatsoever. I did not know the terms until you guys were ready to toss her out the door with a hefty receipt, that’s why I called CareCredit and they told me your company chooses the ridiculously short limits and that you absolutely have the ability to change that. So when I called to ask if you would, you said no and told me CareCredit shouldn’t have told me that. My local vet gives me 6 months no interest on anything over $100. You guys gave me 6 months on a $3000+ bill and could have updated it up to 2 years, but you guys wouldn’t even bump it to 12 months when I begged. Hope someone that actually cares builds a better facility in the area and you are shut down permanently or you sell it off to someone that can reform your facility into a place that actually cares about more than money.
Original Review: Horrible money hungry scammers. Their only options are “give us an absurd amount of money that would cost 1/6 the price at a normal vet” or “put your dog down now.” My experience happened to be during the pandemic so I had to wait in my car, and if I chose to have her put down I would have gotten 5 mins with her at their front door and then they said no to doing FaceTime so I could “be there” with her to comfort her. Luckily care credit was able to increase my limit and I had another full year with her. The emergency vet optioned for the 6 months no interest plan on a $3600 bill, I called care credit and they informed me that the decision is made by the vet, not care credit, and that with that high of a dollar amount they could offer me up to 18-24 months no interest. When I called the vet back, I was told they aren’t in control of that and can’t change it. I told them I already spoke to care credit and they told me otherwise, and their response was “well they shouldn’t have let you know that, but we’re not changing it.”
Place needs re-hauled with new ownership that actually cares about injured pets and their currently distressed owners. I understand that it’s not cheap or easy to deal with emergencies but the prices and expected payment periods set by them are outrageous. Especially when everyone I interacted with came off as cold and heartless. Literally felt like a ransom, give us thousands of dollars or we just kill your dog and you still pay us a couple hundred.

We lost our sweet boy Chomper on the car ride there. The ladies in the clinic were amazingly compassionate to our family, they made sure we had keepsakes and let us in the room with him to say our goodbyes. I feel like a part of my heart is gone.

I cannot express enough how thankful and appreciative I am for ALL the staff here. Our furbaby had to have emergency surgery on Friday. They got us in immediately and answered all our questions and addressed the issue accordingly. Our assistant, Kendra, was very friendly and Gunner immediately loved her. He had to stay for a few days, so I was calling in frequently to check on him and everytime no matter who answered the phone, they were very patient and understanding and got answers back to me quickly. Upon pickup and checking out Amanda helped us and made it clear to call back at anytime for any concerns. She was very welcoming and patient with our questions. 5 stars isn't enough to show how great they were during our scary life threatening emergency. Thank you all so much. ❤️

First off Thank You to there AMAZING STAFF! Thank you for being there for our family. For comforting us and showing compassion. You made the process easier then we ever expected. Our 16 year old kitty passed right before we got there and the staff treated us like we were family but they had never met us and it was the middle of the night. Huge Thank You to everyone there. RIP Summer ❤️
