Had a great experience with stacy auto my daughter needed a reliable car for college we ended up getting a jeep patriot the owner even put new Rotors on before leaving bc they were bad we were allowed to test drive to my brothers Who is a mechanic before purchasing the vehicle as well I definitely would recommend Stacy's great people who do care and don't just want your money

Don't come here he sells lemons and only lets you test drive for 15 min to cover up what's actually wrong with the car . don't come here if your looking for a reliable vehicle. it wont make it a whole year .

Can’t say that i recommend this place. I called this AM and asked if they had a notary to do a title for us. They said hang on let me check. The gentleman come back and said yes we have one here today and he can do it. I said I can come now if you like. The gentleman replied and said yes we can squeeze you in. So my bother and I went down there we signed in and the guy said are you a client and I said no sir i called I’m just here for that title. The gentleman said well I have to take care of my client it’s going to be a long while maybe not even today. He recommended us a place. So my brother and I left.
My problem isn’t with their service I have no idea if they do a good job or a bad job. What my problem is please don’t tell me to come down you could do it if you truly can’t.
Now one thing he don’t know about me is I’m a well known well respected individual in our area I own and operate a multi million dollar company. Depending on his interactions with me today I could have sent him allot of business. Next time don’t tell someone you can do something when you know that you can’t. That’s all.

Used glue or epoxy to put parts on the truck we bought. Didn't even make it home and of course, nobody wants to answer the phone now. What a joke!

DO NOT go to Stacey’s Auto. I bought my son his first car there. Within 24 hours of driving off lot, I had to take back. Transmission was acting up. They kept it for two weeks. Stacey’s said “their automotive guy” fixed the issue. Got the car back and light came back on within 12 hours. Their “automotive guy” basically reset light. I supposedly had warranty on the vehicle to fix the issue. The warranty company declined to fix the issue (transmission.) Stacey’s told me day after day they are “waiting” on their contactthe warranty company to get back to them. Weeks and weeks pass by. I now have a $6,500 vehicle I paid cash for and now is not drivable due to the transmission needing replaced! Oh and the owner of Stacey’s is “never” in. Go figure! I do not know how you sleep at night knowing you sold a single mom (allmy savings) her teenage sons first car that would last less than a few months. Shame on you! I repeat..DO NOT GO TO STACEY’S.

Had a good experience here. We bought a vehicle from them approximately 2 years ago. No problems with the vehicle or the staff at Stacy's.A great thing about Stacy's is that they report to the credit bureaus, while other "buy here/pay here" dealerships do NOT. Paying on time really boosted my credit score!

Went to this “Dealership” to look at a Jeep. Salesman lied to my face and said it was “rust free” Brought my mechanic back after hours and they had patched the frame with BONDO! What a Nightmare

Went to the car lot a little less than 6 months ago told the man there named ed AKA fast Eddie that I was there with $900 & a prayer to get my first car which I desperately needed at the time. He told me he had a car for me and I was informed that I could look at anything else because he didn't have anything else that he could sell me for the amount of money that I had to put down. It was a 2003 Volkswagen Passat yesterday I was informed by a mechanic at a professional auto shop , that I needed to buy a new car. He said that the entire Sub frame was rotted and one side was completely gone the transmission and the motor were ready to fall out. I called the car dealership Stacy's Auto and I spoke too fast Eddie and he refused to make things right with me and tried to tell me that the man that he had inspect the car said that there was nothing wrong with the frame. Sorry but for it to be that rotted after not even six months there was clearly something that they knew was wrong with that car. Now that I think about it the car wasn't even with the other cars on the lot it was parked by the fence across from the office. Plus on my memorandum title it states that there's a discrepancy with the mileage... all I can say is avoid Stacy Auto if you don't want to get stuck paying for car that has to be junked in less than six months

The owner is absolutely amazing I have bought several cars off of him and he always helps me out no matter what financial situation I'm in... You're amazing Mike Merry Christmas.He's not like most car salesman that are just in it for the money he's in it to help people and to get people in an ice renting car for their family even around Christmas time he's not.. he bend over backwards for people even if he's losing money...
