I generally stop because it’s the only thing in the morning on my way to work, talk about a crappy way to start your day. Workers are being rude, manager has an attitude like no other and is extremely disrespectful. They have stuff mislabeled for pricing, it’s only 10 cents so it’s not a big deal, but I said something just to make them aware and the young girl that works the counter makes the comment, “ okay, yeah, we will get around to looking at it.” I can tell you if I hated my job that much I would probably get a new one.

i have lived in ohio for almost 2 weeks now and i have to say the staff at this location are not friendly at all specially the lady with really short red hair and glasses she is very condescending and just mean i could see if i was stealing or if was just a hard to deal with customer but thats def not me there is no reason to treat people the way she does. the only person there that is nice is a older man everyone else you can just tell they do not want to be there but you should never take it out on a customer. ive never left a review on anything before but it is much deserved because again you should not treat people that way

Unfortunately I will no longer be going to speedway. I’ve been a regular for years because it’s so close to my house. The man who works over nights is very rude and he was talking to himself while me and my boyfriend were in there and was complaining that we were walking on the floor because he “just mopped”. He was also talking about how badly he wants to quit this “******* job”. I had to walk out and let my boyfriend check out so that I didn’t cause a scene. I was told that others have had the same experience with him and being talked about loud enough to be heard. Save yourself the drama and go somewhere your business is appreciated.

I come here frequently, went inside to pay for my gas and while the lady was processing my payment the manager felt it was appropriate to yell and humiliate her staff in front of costumers. The manager (all while yelling) demanded her staff to put things away right now and the associates smiled and said yes ma’am. I could feel how humiliated they were. Absolutely disgusting behavior from someone “in charge”. Those ladies need a raise for having to deal with her as their boss! Maybe corporate should enlighten her on how to speak to employees, regardless of their position. Hats off to the ladies who held their tongue and continued to work with their customer during that time!

If you’re looking for a (speedy) headache at 6 am this is the place to go. Orange haired lady screams at people through a megaphone. Sounds like Vickie Guerrero making a WWE entrance. I hear NEXT when I close my eyes to sleep at night after visiting this place.
