Paying for 1000mbps, getting 30mbps, was told that it's our problem and not the service. At 5pm all devices slow way down. Hello im paying for 1000 why on do i get 30. My previous fiber 1000 connection gave me 990mbps. FYI, im a systems engineer with 25 yrs exp. I'm pretty sure I can connect a couple computers. Can't wait to find a better provider. This is terrible. the tech that comes out only gets 30 but they say there's nothing they can do. Their wifi Access Point only flows 50 tops on a simple PC to PC file transfers so how can u say you provide 1000mbps when your wifi can't even process traffic at that speed. I have Unify Access Points that can send over 500mbps. The cat6 connection only gives 30 also.

Canceled my service. Was a customer for 10+ years, including the Time Warner days, my bill was through the roof. I forgot a piece of equipment to return. Guy @ counter wrote down what it was and serial# for me. Went back the next day with missing piece and SAME GUY then said I was missing more equipment??? I showed him the note he wrote, he said that wasn't his handwriting, and he didn't remember me. He even said my equipment was about 6yrs old and outdated/obsolete, but still was gonna bill me for it!! After I dropped my Nuke on him, I walked out, called a friend that works for them, he wiped out the bogus equipment of my account, closed it and reopened a new account for me 2 days later at half the price. People in the store...."look up the definition of customer service." Nobody in the store tried to save my business, not once.

If you go to this store without a reservation, I recommend you eat and go to the bathroom first. Ever since Spectrum introduced cell phone service I would guess half the folks there are for a cell issue and that can take a looooong time. The guy next to me today waited over an hour just to exchange his remote, which took 10 seconds. On the plus side, the employees are generally very polite and have never given me any trouble.

Make an appointment before you go in I was in and out in 5 minutes. Dymond took care of me, she was fantastic!Terry is very patient and I highly recommend him! Thanks again!

Was fourth person when they opened and two hours later I was still 3rd on the board, had to leave for an appt.. Two people working three posts with no one at them. About 8 people after me that came in were waiting also . It's like this every time I have been there, time to step it up Spectrum.
