Returned a modem here then got a letter in the mail stating Spectrum never received it! They said they would look into it and never did. Absolutely horrible company!

Don’t go in there expecting to get a phone. Twice now I have made an appointment to upgrade my phone and twice I’ve been told instantly by Kyle (who is the rudest employee I have ever encountered) that the store has no phones whatsoever in stock. Truly amazing that a phone store has no phones. As I’m waiting to be helped I see him being rude to other customers, slamming doors behind him and just having an unpleasant attitude. All the other employees I saw were fine, they were pleasant and helpful to the customers they were assisting. I truly believe that Kyle has no business at all being in customer service.

it almost seems to me as if they try to lose customers. not only has the bill about doubled in the last year, they make the process to cancel service near impossible, and then make you wait in the store for at least an hour to see an associate just to return the equipment! I had to return numerous times, waiting close to an hour each time only to finally be "helped" by an unhelpful employee who made several rude comments ("just because you have an appt doesn't mean anything! you wait your turn) after waiting over another hour. all this just to RETURN two cable boxes and a router. it blows my mind there is no equipment drop box with the number of people cutting cable and switching to streaming. no one needs to pay outrageous prices every month for less than ideal services and rude employees when visiting stores.

Terrible service! I've asked multiple time for a tv to be removed from my account because I never asked for it to begin with. I'm still being charged for it after calling multiple times and being on hold for 40 minutes at the minimum each time. I've been overcharged since I purchased the internet, the customer service may as well not be there and I STILL HAVE NOT BEEN REFUNDED. I will never use their service again!

Ever since our government let internet companies make monopolies service has dropped consistently every night, This is what happens when there is no competition other than Elon Satellite internet. They get away with being the absolute worse provider and face no consequences since they paid our politicians to make them the ONLY service provider. Tired of losing connection every night, 2 years of losing service every night at random times.

The people were friendly and very helpful. It is a very busy store, we had a 20 minute wait and about the same time just getting out of the parking lot but we have wifi so I think it was worth the wait.

My husband and I upgraded our internet plan and were told we needed a new router to support the new plan. The router arrived and we realized they sent the exact same router we already had. We installed it anyways and attempted to return the router twice. Spectrum has also been harassing me with texts and endless phone calls requesting it be returned.
The first time my husband went and was told it would be over a half an hour wait. He did not have that time to spare as it was during a work day. The second time, today, I went. I was given the same wait time. I realized once in store that I was able to schedule a time online and seemingly wouldn’t have that lengthy wait, but no one shared that option with me when I asked if waiting in line was necessary for a simple equipment return, nor were those options shared by either the sales rep that upgraded our service or instructions sent with the router. The employees were rude both times we were in store.
If we had literally any other option for an ISP, I would cancel my service and switch but unfortunately we are stuck with them. If you do wind up needing to go in store I strongly recommend you have an appointment first to save yourself the headache.

These people are actual thieves! I turned my internet off December 9th brought the equipment back December 11th and they're still charging me all the way up until January 6th whenever I haven't even had internet since December 9th so they're actually robbers and that's the truth do anything just to get their money even after you disconnect the service they still try to charge you!!!!

Waited in line for over an hour to be next in line and have the older black lady skip me and attend to whoever zack is who was signed in 9 people behind me and every worker in the store knew him but he was also a customer at the time so its not what you need its who you know to be in and out at this location and I was only dropping a modem off lol, took under 3mins when I finally got to the counter smh store needs retraining bad or all new staff will call corporate tomorrow us customers deserve fair treatment included with these prices.
