Original purchase was not a good fit for me. Came back within my 120 day trial and switched what I wanted. Super service and big help choosing what was best for me. Highly recommend if you’re in the market for a new mattress!

I have been in the market for a new mattress for several months after discovering over time that a mattress I purchased online a year ago was too firm, and causing me hip and back pain. I abhor an aggressive sales pitch, and was not looking forward to navigating brick and mortar mattress retailers to find a mattress that would meet my needs. My first stop was to Sleep Solutions, where I met Tim, one of their salespeople. He spent so much time with me prior to guiding me through the showroom, asking questions about my sleep patterns, health history, and mattress preferences. Tim showed me mattresses from all price points and materials. I felt zero pressure to purchase anything, and his knowledge of the products in the showroom was vast and detailed. I appreciated his candor and friendly disposition. He did not attempt to sway my eventual purchase along a certain price point, but on my comfort preferences. I had planned on visiting two other mattress retailers in the area, but I knew I had found the mattress I had been looking for, and made my purchase that day. We discovered last week that our mattress needed replaced. It's been a long while since we purchased a mattress, so we did what we thought was thorough research before we shopped for a new one. We liked what Sleep Outfitters had to offer, so we went to the Belden Village location. We explained to Tim what we were looking for and he quickly found what we asked for and didn't try to talk us into something else. He explained the difference in brands and types of mattresses and gave us information that we hadn't already discovered on our own. We decided to purchase what he suggested and he then gave us excellent information on how to take care of the mattress, explained the warranty thoroughly and arranged for it to be delivered the next day.
We had a five-star experience from the time we walked in the door all the way through the delivery. We are extremely pleased. Thank you, Tim.

We planned to go to 4 stores today to shop for a new mattress. Sleep Outfitters was our first stop. Before walking in I reminded my husband that we need to shop around and couldn’t buy anything until we compared prices at different stores. As soon as we walked in I was impressed with the stores’ appearance. Clean, bright, welcoming. Tim greeted us quickly and helped us figure out what kind of bed we were looking for. He was very knowledgeable throughout the process. When we found the perfect mattress I knew immediately we wouldn’t be going to any other stores. Can’t wait to sleep on my comfy mattress!!

My wife and I just had our first visit with Sleep Outfitter in North Canton.
We came here after researching that they deal with Stern & Foster mattresses.
We were interested in there reserve collection and the Duet.
We had a very knowledgeable salesman Tim King that was patient and educated us on the product.
He was excellent not pushy and we appreciated that.
We would highly recommend Tim and this location if you are looking for Sterns & Foster or Tempur Pedic mattress.
