I was so disappointed. I wanted to buy new sheets for my bed but they only make one style for a full size bed. So many styles for all other sizes!

To be completely honest my husband and I went to the store on New Year’s Day and had an awful experience mostly due to the gentleman working that day. For some reason we decided to return the following day and that’s when we met Mandy. She was incredibly kind, helpful and knowledgeable which led to our purchasing a bed. She completely redeemed your store and your brand in our opinion. She is a great asset to your company and we wish her the absolute best. We are anxiously awaiting the delivery of our Sleepnumber bed! Thank you Mandy for you patience and concern that we find the best possible bed for us!

My husband and I were up in the air about which mattress we wanted. We had two sales people in the Canton store tell us that we would have “100 sleeps” to exchange the mattress for the other version if we were not happy with it. No questions asked. They also said we would be honored with the original sale price and promotions if we exchanged the bed. They talked us into giving it a try. We both are uncomfortable with the bed and tried to call to exchange and get the MORE EXPENSIVE bed. They will not honor the sale from when we bought the mattress or the original free delivery. Clearly we were misinformed by the in store staff. Don’t trust the sales people with the details of the exchange policy. Very unfortunate and disappointing.

My husband needed to buy a Sleep Number Adjustable Bed because of my husband's Parkinson's and the pain it was causing his back and hips to have. We knew we needed to physically try the beds out and not risk buying online. Adam was our sales associate and he was BEYOND amazing in helping us find the right bed. While the purchase was being written up we were made comfortable sitting on the side of 1 of the beds in the showroom. A trip like this wasn't easy, but Adam and his patience and desire to find a comfortable solution for my husband made the trip well worth it. And just in case you'd like to know, we bought the M7 memory foam mattress and the Flex Fit 3 Smart Base because my husband had ZERO pain laying on it. Can't wait to have it delivered.

They were very helpful at the Sleep Number Center. Being a return customer looking for a different size bed, they were able to look up our current bed and show us the same type of bed we currently have. I would definitely come back here again if I need a new mattress in the future.

Extremely pleasant and fun experience! Shopping for a mattress was not on my list of fun things to do this Fall, but I’m so glad I did! From the moment I stepped into the store the friendly staff made the experience enjoyable! I learned so much about the mattress and can’t wait for mine to arrive. Shipping is much faster than I anticipated too!! My salesperson, Mandy J., made sure I took my time, tried out the different options and choose the bed that made the most sense for my sleep needs. I’m so impressed with Sleep Number and all the options they have for comfort! I felt like a Queen! Can’t wait to outfit my bedroom with not only a new mattress and base but new pillows, headboard, sheets- the works! This mama of four needs some pampering!!

Bo was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with helping us pick out the right mattress for us. He explained the differences in the mattresses and how they worked. We are very pleased with his help and the large variety of mattresses that the store had to offer. My Wife and I are anxious to receive it.
