Extremely rude manager - refused to sell my fiance alcohol, accusing him of stumbling and slurring his words. He walks with a cane and has false teeth due to disability from MS!!! This is not the first time we have been treated poorly by staff at this store.

They told me they couldn't return a charger w/recipt (bought the wrong kind while traveling) because I got it from a different location. Called the one in massillon and they said they could return it no problem and did it with no issue. Not sure why one location would refuse when the one down the road will happily do it.

i just order food and the doordash picked up my order and said it was fresh and when i got it the bun was hard and all the toppings i wanted wasn’t there and then all of my food was cold and the chicken looked burnt called the manager and the manager was being rude to me and my dasher just trying to rush him her out and i called she said it was a door dash issue and doordash won’t fix the issue i paid for it still and i’m a customer and the manager working tonight was a lady and was so rude i fr would’ve went there and got it re made but they can’t do that because i got it from doordash they messed it up and made my food hard i fr couldn’t even bite the bread and i had 0 toppings on my sandwich when i ordered like 5. just ordered from again and hopefully i get it correct this time but i doubt it and i didn’t get no money back i’m sor tried with having problems with this place this ain’t even the first time i don’t recommend anyone coming here they can’t be fresh and have bad people working who don’t know how to treat people,

There is never anyone at the cash register. I just walked out for the second time because no employee would come to the register for me to pay

Terrible service. Held my pizza and extra 10 minutes while they flirted with eachother and joked. Terrible pizza too. Came out cold.

Avoid the food at this location we got the made to order breakfast burritos and they are hard as a rock. Even the sides were well over cooked… worst Sheetz food I’ve ever had 🤮

I ordered door dash.. 2 HOURS and multiple dashers messaged me and said the employees where ignoring them. I had a milk based drink.. So 2 hours sitting out is nasty.. I called and spoke to manager Tim.. What i received was rude and told me to basically get over it and handle it with door dash. Admitted my milkshake was sitting out for 2 hours. The attitude was anything but professional. At one point he told he didn't even have the phone to his ear as he wasn't listening. Im not dumb I understand i ordered through door dash.. But a manager knowing a drink has sat out for 2 hours and then IGNORED the dashers there to pick up said order. And when i called the dasher was actively standing there waiting and while on the phone the order magically is sent out and half the order was wrong and the other park of order was spoiled and warm. I am just not happy with this interaction at all. I have NEVER wrote a bad review or spoke to a manager about and issue.

Was just forced to cancel my food order, with the woman working the kitchen citing the reason being, “it will take at least 30 minutes, because I have to make the orders in order.”
There was one other customer in the building with me. What other orders was she referring to? Not only that but she was rude about it too, saying things like, “I’m not trying to make you mad, sir.” I didn’t express any emotion that would have indicated I was mad at all. I was confused more than anything. She just took my ticket and said she’d “deal with it.” This was coming from the heavy set white girl that was working. So I just left, flabbergasted.
This happened Thursday night/Friday morning, October 3rd/4th, at 12:20am. Get a better staff because that was ridiculous. Who does that?

Like all the others I seem to go to. Cheap fuel, place to grab something hot to eat, and dirty as can be. Saturday at 1pm, and it looks like this. Maybe if it was such a busy day, then I could understand the trash in the restroom floor… but the amount of dirt/dust/hairs on the TOP of the urinals tell me it’s been a few days since they were cleaned. There’s no way I would believe that’s all from only 1 day of dust.

Woman on Cash Register named Amanda was very obviously intoxicated or strung out, took her 5 minutes to get my change and asked me twice for $18.50 when she had my $20 bill in her hand. Wanted to tell a manager but I didn’t see anyone else around..

My first time visiting this afternoon and It was so nice to be greeted and handled by someone who actually seemed happy to be there the positivity and friendliness was so refreshing! Will definitely be back !
