“Very nice management and the best prices I have seen. I am paying $30 for a storage size that they were trying to charge $120 in North Canton. I would rather drive the distance since it is right off the highway less than ¼ a mile. The location is clean and easy to maneuver in. The room i have almost seems brand new and actually has drainage in case of water that I haven't seen in every place.”

Jim stays up on everything with maintaining the place very well, but if he just so happen would miss something, just let him know and he does his best to get it taken care of asap. “By far the nicest staff at any storage facility. Unit was clean and secure. Keypad access 24 hours a day with a first class gate and fence. Had the pleasure of renting a 20-10 for a few years. It was really convenient being right off interstate 77. Would definitely rent here again.”

“We have an outside parking spot and so far love it. Very convenient and easy in /out. There are people there running businesses from some of the units but they have never bothered me. Can be busy at times but again I have never had a problem with getting in and out as needed.”

“The Fresh Meadows Mobile Home Park is a very peaceful accomidating place to visit and live. The Park Manager Ben is an awesome person and is always very helpful with any questions or issues that you might have. An added bonus of the park is the storage facility that is right beside it. We all know that there isn't very much storage in a trailer or mobile home so having the convenience of a storage facility right next door is a bonus. The units are also very reasonably priced. If your looking for a new place to live or a good storage facility I would 100% recommend concidering The Fresh Meadows Trailer Park.”
