This is what Lucky Shoes used to be. Individualized attention, measure your feet, and talk to you about your purpose for new shoes. Plus reasonably priced! Will return when it's time for a new pair. If you're lucky enough, they might have the puppy Hoka in. Dominic was great, but Hoka stole the show.

Let me preface this review by stating neither my husband or I are runners. My husband and I have visited Second Sole at least seven times. EVERY visit my husband or I leave with a perfectly fitted pair of shoes and sometimes two. My husband has some health issues which require very specialized fitting. The staff (today it was Mitchel) work exceptionally hard to find the right shoe and fit. I am beyond grateful! The new store (in the same plaza) is much larger and very well stocked with shoes, clothes, socks and accessories (we also went home with merino wool compressiom socks). I cannot recommend Second Sole enough! Also, I met the shop pup, Hoka, who is truly adorable and worth the visit alone!

I was coaching at the Hall of Fame and realized my old shoes were doing a number on my back. Luckily, I found Second Sole. The employee, a younger guy - I should've gotten his name, was extremely helpful. He helped me pick out new shoes as well as inserts to help my pain. This was two weeks ago and I've felt much, much better since. Highly recommend!

I went in and knew nothing about running shoes and the lady was very helpful. I left with two pairs due to her being so helpful! I will definitely be back when I need shoes.

Purchased pair of Hoka Bailey sales person was a great help . Made sure they fit right after trying on different styles . Would highly recommend Second Sole !

If the website says open until 5 then be open until 5. The sign on the door says five also. I drove 30 minutes in traffic and sped to get there in time. When I arrived at 4:58 the lights were out and nobody was there.

The sales rep was very courteous and helpful. I knew ahead of time what I wanted and they knew right where it was. I'm size 13-14 so I usually have to check multiple places. I know most places can order a needed size but sometimes I just want to go somewhere, buy what I want and not have to wait AND make another trip. I'll definitely check here first the next time I need shoes.

When I went in for a pair of shoes, the guy helping me kept caressing my foot. He kept insisting that it was "to find me the perfect pair of shoes". When I had finally had enough, I told him to stop touching me. The guy then called me the n-word, so I walked out. I will never return, and I would leave a 0 star if it were possible.
