S. A . T. S doesn't get nearly enough credit for how awesome it really is! It totally surpasses Goodwill in just about every aspect, specially considering that Goodwill got even more greedy and no longer has color tag discounts but instead thinks they are being generous by offering 5 measly Dollars off of 30..... PAAAAAA-LLLLEASE!!! Salvation army offers not just one but (3) color tag discounts (2- 1/2 off, 1- .99) a clean, organized store and friendly, helpful staff who make you feel welcomed the moment you walk through the door! I wish there were as many of these stores around as there are Greedy Goodwill's, but I am thankful for my Canton Ohio store and I hope you all are appreciated as much as you deserve to be!

We were kicked out 20 minutes before closing time by a very rude woman that works here. I couldn’t believe how mean she was to everyone in the store, she harassed people into leaving. Apparently this happens a lot based on other reviews.

Was in Canton this weekend, went to this Salvation Army store. Absolutely the highest prices I have seen at a thrift store where everything is donated and it's not for profit. I found some nice used items at new prices. I don't think I would consider paying new prices for used donated items. Shoes were $19-$39 and up. I think Goodwill charges around $5 I left empty handed. Goodwill has the same stuff at fair prices and they turn over goods quickly. If you are looking for reasonably priced goods don't waste your time.

I went first thing in the morning on Wednesday, which is the day for 99cent bargains. The 99cent color was pink, the half priced colors were yellow and green. I shopp around for a few minutes and then noticed staff removing clothes from the racks, taking them off the hangers and putting them in a shopping cart. They were removing clothes with pink, yellow and green tags, less than 30 minutes after opening. No wonder you can't find a decent bargain there.

They padlock the dressing rooms now ?They DO close them down at 5:30 As well as begin to wind down so they can close at 6. I absolutely LOVE this thrift store, though. They have organized by sizes and styles now to make it a little bit easier. You still have to look through items, though, which IS part of the thrill/hunt.

Got there at 5:45 and door was locked. Could see people inside shopping, but the employees ignored me. I see a women come out and walk to get in only to be told to turn around since they're are closed. They close at 6. It's posted right on their doors and people were inside so not sure why they decided I was not allowed in.

They turn lights and music off 30 min before close while you are still shopping. People will walk in and they will say they close in 15 min when really it's in 30 min.

They lock the doors 20 minutes before closing and are always the rudest staff out of any thrift store around. I will recommend going to the hartville thrift store over this place anytime.

Arrived at 5:45pm on Monday 6-26-2023. Although they close at 6pm...they locked the doors. I called twice and spoke to "Mary" while at the door. She confirmed that the were open. However, she would not open the doors. Also, a staff member was hanging items in the window, witnessed me trying to get in and began to ignore me. Very strange and classless people work here.

Store closed early. Arrived at 5:50p and their doors were locked and the lights turned down. According to posted hours, the store closes at 6:00p. Was told by another shopper they do this regularly.

Horrible! Worse thrift store I've been to in a long time! Everything is overpriced! As a college student I think it's extremely unreasonable to charge $30 for a HOODIE! You get these clothes for free....
