The staff really care about people in need. Yes, they are shorthanded like most places.Those of you complaining about the no one answering the phones, why don't you volunteer some of your time and help them out?

Our group from work volunteered for a couple of hours. The Salvation Army helps a lot of people and could use volunteers to help especially before Christmas.
