I arrived on April 14 @ 9:14 am and the medicine wasn't available so I asked the Pharmacy tech that was in drive thru if she could check other locations for the medicine and she told me NO! She said I needed to call around myself. Then when I asked to speak to the pharmacist on duty she then told me that I needed to drive to AKRON, when actually Market Street Rite aid had it available. That tech is very rude and really should reconsider working in customer service.

it was very late when we left the ER and we are frazzled and scared needed a ton of prescriptions. stopped at Rite aid. want sure how much everthing would cost or if we even had enough money to cover it. couldn't really think right. The Pharmisit that helped us was cool and calm and positive and said no worries..let us see what you need...took all the prescriptions..came back in minutes..gave us the price ..wasn't bad at all. filled them and them explained everthing in detail asked if I had questions..sent us on our way. I think his name is Jim..I hope he knows what he did for us and how much we appreciate his professional attitude and services . what a great experience in a hectic time. Bless you and thank you Rite aid and Jim.

I have been at this pharmacy for two months and every single prescription has been an issue, and they don't bother to call you and let you know they don't have it, that way you can call another pharmacy, nope, they let you wait all day until other pharmacy's are closed and your doctor is no longer open. I am without my eye medication and my ear medication for two pretty serious infections and I SOL, hopefully I don't go deaf or blind because they basically said FU, go deaf. They really need better workers and to be more staffed, this isn't the first issue I have had in two months. No this is the 5th, from prescriptions not being in and they don't call to tell you, they just wait for you to show up, from them literally just not doing it and I have to call multiple times, to them claiming they don't have it. Done with this pharmacy.

A few years ago I had to ditch Walmart and come here. Things were fine for awhile but lately the pharmacy department has just been a problem almost every time. Even when theres an army of employees working hard behind the counter. This is likely the fault of a neglectful corporation that only cares about shareholder profits. Or the entire pharmaceutical industry is just crooked. I think both. But I'm going to have to find somewhere else regardless.

Terrible pharmacy. There’s always some problem as to why they can’t refill my prescriptions, every month there’s some issue. Today I called to have a prescription filled and the tech that I talked to was incredibly rude and refused to fill it even though I have a valid prescription from my doctor. I’m sooo done with this place… go somewhere else.

The 2 women I recently dealt with in the pharmacy deserve negative stars!!I was looking for a certain item (BD needle clipper). Both said they never heard of it. One thought my inquiry was so funny that she laughed (not a guffaw, but still a laugh). I found the item at another pharmacy. I took the item to them so they could see what I was talking about (and to see if they might have it cheaper). I was then told they looked it up after I left - Seriously? Could not be bothered to look it up while I was there, but could be amused by my question in addition to being rude, dismissive and unprofessional.

I need to refill my prescription and of course the phone lines are down.. how are ppl going to get their meds this way? Then when I can get ahold of someone it’s the front of the store and she just sends you back to the pharmacy and doesn’t listen to me saying that the phone lines are being weird. Keep trying to call back but the phone lines are being very wacky. Frustrating!

I went in to get a prescription filled at the end of the pharmacist's night shift. He could not have been more caring and efficient despite the fact that I know he was ready to go home. His help was much appreciated.
