Canton, Ohio store. Troy was extremely helpful in getting my boots to me. I had a voucher from my job and was not able to get the boots through the website provided by my job. I noticed they were available at the Canton, Ohio store and called to see if they could help. Troy was extremely professional and courteous and I would definitely recommend this store for outstanding customer service. The boots arrived within a day and they are exceptional. Very happy customer!

Susan was tremendously patient and is exceptionally knowledgeable. She listened to what I wanted and offered a couple of choices of boots/shoes for me to try out. She even suggested I try one of the orthotics insoles, which I was hesitant to try because of the price. But after trying two different options, I went with what felt right. She will be the person I'll look to for my next purchase!

My wife and I came in 10 minutes till close. Chris didn't seem bothered by us at all and helped us find a great pair of boots and insoles. Chris did great thank you ! Will be coming back.

I enjoyed the experience because the gentleman who help me pick out my boots was very helpful, understanding and kind. He understood what I was looking for and my price range and was able to exceeded my expectations it made me want to return for a custom fit.
