I have been shopping at this location for several years, with varied frequency.This store has a very wide selection and carries some products that are difficult to find. The prices are average.In general, the staff leaves a bit to be desired. There are two individuals there that I have enjoyed speaking with in the past and that have been extremely helpful. Other than that, though, I've been a bit underwhelmed.

I was ignored and staining around waiting for view person that they call the vitamin lady or whatever to help me. For almost a 1/2 hour she spent a 1/2 hour with another couple end never stopped to even. See if I could use some help. The one star is for the staff who tried to help me.They were wonderful. But the person that they refer to as the vitamin or supplement professional Was awful an unattentive.

October 2021, during the height of the pandemic, organic pumpkin was very difficult to find or purchase.I purchased several cases, as I use it for homemade dog food.I did not realize that the expiration date was march 2023, as all of the cans were enclosed in the original plastic and cardboard case.I currently have three cases that will soon expire. Raisin rack will do absolutely nothing to help me replace them with a later expiration date.I have been a customer of raisin rack for many years and I am highly disappointing, after spending over $100 for organic pumpkin, that they will do nothing in order to help a loyal customer. The cases have not been opened and are exactly as they were when purchased.Sadly, Raisin Rack does not care for their loyal customers. Only $$$.

Shopped here for the first today and I love it! Great variety of healthy organic foods and reasonably priced. I was specifically looking for wheat grass, I stopped at other health stores that did not carry it but raisin rack did! Also the associates were incredibly nice and friendly! I'll definitely be back.

Definitely one of the better Natural Food stores in the area. We have shopped here for years and always spend more than we plan.
