Really enjoy banking with this Bank especially the fact that you can pull intervals as low as a dollar out of the ATM and deposit intervals of up to a dollar I can also save a trip and save on gas by digitally uploading checks straight into my bank account with the option of rapid funds being accessible if I can't wait the one to two days for the check to clear thanks PNC For All You've Done hope for many more years of loyal and good service with each other

Unprofessional, immature, bullying, disrespectful behavior towards elderly, disabled account holders. Sadly, Lack of proper training and a complete deficiency of manners have destroyed all professionalism within this PNC branch.

Wasted my entire lunch break because only one person was running both the drive thru AND the front desk, both with huge lines. All I needed was one voided check, and I couldn't even have that happen in almost the hour I had to wait. There goes my lunch I'll never get back. Also, it's 2021, why are the hours still so inconvenient and limited? Most everybody works 8-5, making it nearly impossible to even go to the bank...

If I could give it zero stars I would. I closed my account and now they want to charge me $15 to cash a check. Smh. Anything for anyone to make a buck. I DON'T RECOMMEND this branch to anyone.

I'm not a customer of their bank but try to cash a check from a person with an account there. They could not cash the check for a valid reason but then proceeded to use white out and covered the entire back of the check handing me a soaking wet check covered in white out making the check invalid. I would not recommend this bank to anyone for any reason. Seems to untrained and unprofessional.

TIRED of this bank, this branch. Stood in line for three people today INSIDE the branch and when my turn was up at the teller, two cars pulled up to the drive-thru lanes. The teller walked to that window, no acknowledgement to me, proceeded to talk to both of them and initiate their transactions, the first of whom was NOT even a bank customer and the second was not "ready" just yet. I'd stood through three people and come inside, but then she essentially ignores me and my wait, jumping to the just arrived cars. WHO TRAINS THESE PEOPLE? Other branches have closed their drive-thrus completely or even their teller stations inside so that you have to "have a seat" in an office to even cash a check. AWFUL ALL THE WAY AROUND. I will be closing my accounts as soon as I can get things transferred out.

The manager is very rude, misinformed and likes to give people a hard time, all the other branches laugh at her about not accepting a debit card as a form of identification.
