Lazy staff. Several drivers waiting at least an hour in line for showers, which are now unoccupied and haven't been cleaned yet. Typical white trash staff more interested in playing with their phones or socializing with each other instead of doing their jobs.

The TA Truckstop is a definite five-star rating where truckers can go and get a hot shower food , etc...also their staff are very kind and helpful. I love this place.
