Placed an order over the phone for delivery Pizza Hut on Tusc. CANTON Ohio - Female that I spoke with could not understand English at all - she asked me my name, address and phone # 3 times and kept calling me Lisa. I gave my order which she kept reading back pizza that I didn't even mention. She then stated pizza would be delivered within 30 minutes.After an hour I called back and spoke to a Male whom stated they don't deliver (website states they do deliver). He asked for my name which I gave him (no pizzas under my name) he then asked what I ordered I advised as such and he stated that order is under Lisa and was been ready for 30 minutes and could be picked up. I asked why I wasn't called and told they don't deliver and asked if my pizza was cold and he stated Yes.It 100% sounded like they were not going to even remake my pizzas until I stated I didn't want cold pizza due to they could have easily called me back since they had my phone # and address (not my name though due to order was put in under Lisa)The male stated they would make new pizzas and would be ready in 15 minutes. This is not the first time we have had bad experiences - they have delivered to us before and 1 time called door dash themselves to deliver pizzas to me which costed me extra because I wasn't going to let the door dash driver do work with out paying her even though I didn't order through door dash.Staff need to be trained better and the facility definitely needs inspected by Owners or Management not from that facility. I picked my pizzas up and the place is gross and needs cleaned.

The waitress was slow, inattentive, and had a very poor attitude. The food was mediocre at best. We sent the bread sticks back because they were cold and hard and the waitress brought back the same rock hard bread sticks that had been mildly reheated. We ordered items from their $7 specials and when they were all rung up at more than that we were told that's just the way it is. I will never be returning to this poor excuse for a restaurant.

I come into this restaurant a lot during my lunch break. This restaurant specifically has the buffet from 11:30 to 1:00. When I come in I am greeted by the same server every single time.Over the course of the past few months I've noticed that this poor guy is getting more and more stressed out because it seems like he's pulling triple duty in the building. I watch him and he buses tables, serves the guests, makes the food, and reloads the plates and things. Every once in awhile I'll see somebody else pulled plates out, but it's usually him alone. He's also the only server I see during the lunch rush.I never see the manager doing anything to help out his crew, and it seems like the guy wants to hide. I can see the look of frustration on a lot of the employees faces. Management has got to get this poor guy some help. Not an additional, but somebody else to make the food so he can bring it out and give him a break.

The staff is friendly and the location is near shopping. This location also offers an all you can eat pizza, pasta, and salad buffet.

Haven't had Pizza Hut in ages. Wanted to dine in. The waitress was the only server for a few tables and two large parties. She did her best (thus her rating). Salad bar was nearly empty and restrooms were not clean.

Great food. I ordered the $7 deal and do not like the thin crust. Need to always order the pan pizza even though it is $1 more. It tastes so much better.

Call them if you want to speak to a call center in India with a guy who barely speaks English, good luck trying to speak to the actual restaurant.

This was absolutely gross and tough. I won't ever order from this location again and when you call it just rings. You can tell this dough wasn't thawed long enough and they were just trying to hurry up and make the order.

I tried to order food ...but apparently it must be very complicated for these ppl to take a order...I told the lady my order and got hung up on...I didn't think it required a PhD to take a pizza order.. needless to say they won't be getting my money...very rude to just hang up on a customer...
