How is the guy clear the showers still employed. Every time I come here I have to wait two hours for a shower.

Oh my God I just wanna say this place that I went to. I’m a truck driver. I’m my own operator on a few trucks. Me and my wife we’ve been traveling for about two months. We were exhausted today and we decided to go to pilot and let me tell you this lady Lexi Wingate made us laugh so hard helped us so much. She picked up our spirits and let me tell you she treated us like we were VIP very generous very nice and respectful five stars you guys the best employees thank you so much, Lexi talk to you soon. Shower was nastyyyyyy, hair everywhere, they don’t clean them after every use. No fresh donuts, only reason for 2 starts is they had fresh Dunkin coffee and they ladies working were cleaning the coffee bar area.

I prefer my showers soap scum and mildew-less. This is ridiculous. It's a failure of management. You obviously are not checking to see what these showers look like on a weekly basis. CLR can clean this up in an hour. Buy some!
