I will never use this facility again. I will never recommend anyone to use this facility. I had my daughter's graduation party there and I had to hear from the man who was overlooking the place that if I wasn't out in time, he would kick me out! I had to hear that on several different occasions as I went in to make my payments.I paid for an extra hour, so that we would have enough time to clean up and be out on time. I was out of the facility with 20 minutes to spare because I started cleaning before the party was over, plus the extra hour I paid to make sure the facility was cleaned. I found him to be very rude!!!! Once you have a party on the weekend and use the facility during their evening hours, you will understand. I paid extra to use the warmers, which I did not use. I cleaned up the kitchen, took out the trash wiped down the counters and put everything back in its place to only receive 50 of the 80 I was suppose to get back from my deposit. Believe me its not about the 30 dollars, I just hate when people use the excuse to keep your money because they claim they had extra cleaning to do to the kitchen and the bathroom??? What put toilet paper back on the roll, wipe down the toilet seats and the sink, which they should be doing anyway after a party?? As far as the kitchen the only thing they might of had to do was mop the floor, there again that is something that should be done after a party. I didn't see anywhere in the contract that I had to clean the bathroom or mop the floors or I wouldn't get my deposit back. So ladies and gentlemen please make sure you take your mop, bucket, soft scrub and rag to clean their bathroom and you might want to wash the walls while you are in there. I have never been to a place that makes an excuse to keep your money, by saying they had to clean the bathroom, which should be done anyway after a party. The kicker is at the end of my letter it stated please don't let this put a sore taste in your mouth or stop you from using us again!!! Believe me I will NEVER EVER USE YOU AGAIN DAVID MILLER!!!!! Stop taking people's money for something you should be doing anyway simple mopping and cleaning your bathroom after a party!!! Nothing was destroyed or left out of place!!! The only reason I gave it 1 star is because it would not let me post without rating them! They do not deserve anything with this ridiculous claim.
