Bought a car from here and I am glad I did. This is the only car lot I have ever bought a car from where they truly help and genuinely care about the customer. They are also the most honest I have ever dealt with. Mike above and beyond for his customers and my family is grateful. I recommend Pat & Mike's Auto Sales to everyone. They sold a car that was apparently owned by their employee (though it was on the dealership lot with a price on it and the dealership owner had a lien on it). We purchased the car, giving the cash to the business owner, and from the start it was consistently breaking down with multiple seriously dangerous problems. When we came back to the owner about it he said that we didn't buy it from him, but from his employee , so he is not responsible.

My son recently came in to have work done on his vehicle and their work was poorly done.
Attached in photo 1 when they replaced the g fuel tank neck they used zip ties to hold the vent line in place and duck tape on the end which one was missing clearly showing that one of their fine works fell off. Instead there should be a vent cap on it that is $2 per, there are 3.
Attached in photo 2 and 3 is work done by one of their mechanics. This is an electrical connection where he used glue to keep it together. Now that it has been replaced it no longer has glue and uses the clip built into it and it works like a charm. This wasn’t the first run in with glue on electrical connections as he did the same thing on the fuel sending unit.

I came looking to buy my first car as a minor.
I was then sold a red truck which they described as having no issues and being good to drive. After it taking a week to finally get my title I went to fill up my gas tank and it wasn't only leaking but pouring out. It was a complete hazard to not only my own life but others. I brought it back expecting to have it paid for as this is not the vehicle I agreed to purchase. They said they would fix the issue for the price of the parts, these parts were quite expensive. It turns out it was not only just the tank but also the neck which came out to over 500 all together. After this I was able to drive it for 5 days then it stopped due to a fuel pump issue. This cost me 150 to repair and when putting the fuel pump in the tank I noticed they made mistakes installing it. Overall my experience here was terrible as they lack respect and care for customer safety.

I went there to look at a cheap vehicle that was advertised as "runs good". Well it turned out that the alternator is bad, and he wanted to charge me to have one installed. Mike, that's called false advertising!! Sorry, will not be going back.Edit in response to you responding SIX YEARS LATER!you wrote this:Response from the owner 13 minutes ago"Customer was looking for a cheap car that ran good and I had one for $1000. He drove it and then brought it back. Thought it was OK but he asked me is there anything wrong with it and I said yes the alternator is bad it’s in a hard spot to get to, and I would fix it for cost and he left because I told him what was wrong with the car and trying to be honest. Sorry we didn’t get together. "Are you out of your mind to respond to this now? Do you think anyone believes what you're saying in a response that's 6 years later? Hey, I don't want your business to crash, but my review was honest and an accurate criticism. You can't respond to my review six years later and act like you even remember what the situation was. What is even the point to responding to something six years later?

Asked about a Ford Ranger said to be from Texas. They said it was actually from Texas. I live 2 hours away so I got an auto check for it. Turns out, it’s from Long Island, New York. Never was in Texas. Checked with multiple vin reporters. Shady.

Quoted me $400, then when I got there they told me $600!! Oh and the kicker they only take cash or check which they only told me once I arrived! Will never go there again. BEWARE!! No response to my email. And their voicemail box was "full". The quote for just tune up was $400, not $600! Be honest with people.
