If I could leave no stars I would. I have now had two horrible experiences at the Belden Village PacSun. The staff is absolutely clueless and beyond rude. On my second incident I asked to speak to the manager and the girl at the desk said she was the manager. I have never ever been treated so poorly in the Retail industry. I will never shop at this store. Every time I have gone in I was told the dressing rooms were closed. I asked where a pair of jeans were and was told by a young man who was on his phone that they don’t have them. I showed him a picture from the website and said they do in fact have them and he went about his business ignoring me. After the manager, a young woman at the desk, was so rude to me I went down to american Eagle. Everyone there was so friendly and a breath of fresh air!

Bailey was super nice and helpful, and made me feel very confident in the outfit I purchased, definitely recommend she was a sweetheart

The two associates who closed today on Sunday, November 13th were so rude. Neither of them greeted us even though the store was completely empty. We asked them a question, & they literally just shook their head & did not say anything. They laughed at us when we were talking amongst each other on what to purchase. We decided to just put our stuff down & go. We will not be returning to this location. Such poor customer service. Do better.

Quality is so-so. Better than some other brand new stores at the mall. Look for deals otherwise too expensive.

Hage to leave this at this store because it was not this store it was all online but no other way to leave a review. Because in my mind they have stolen from me because of their customer service and this missing package policy. I order items on black Friday they were shipped in two different packages. One package the person got the other package I watched the tracking number and it sat and sat and sat for about a week if not more. I called them and was told I had to wait I asked fir a supervisor and they told me one would call back I waited 48 hours with no call. So I called customer service again as I was talking to the representative she placed me on hold and all the sudden I got a notice that the package was delivered and left at the door. The rep can back and told me it showed delivered just now. I asked her if package wasn't there what do I do. She said I must file a police report. I explained that the packages at the delivery address go to a main drop point and then passed out. She couldn't understand that and said no itnwas left at the door per FedEx well I know they do not do that at this address. So I waited 3 days and then emailed and was told the same thing that I must file a police report that the package was stolen off of the porch. When in fact the package was never left on a porch because of where it was delivered to. But I was told if I do not file a police report even if false they will not refund my money. So no I will never shop there again

Horrible customer service. They were sitting on the counters eating and on there cell phones the whole time. Not one asked us if we needed help and when another customer came in to exchange a pair of shoes the one worker threw it on the counter and was annoyed he had to do his job. Will not be back!!! This is at the belden village location!

I picked up a pair of shorts that looked like they had gone thru a wood chipper... I put them down and said "oh shoot - I have officially become an adult" ..my teen thinks the store is splendid though â€â™€ï¸
