Unwilling to warranty a part they had in stock. Hilarious how another oreilly without the part in stock will do a warranty on it but this location would not. You walk in the door with parts in a bag and they’re making comments where you know they’re not going to do the warranty (aka their job)

I've dealt with this location 3 times and 2 out of the 3 I was lied to by what I think was the manager. I went there the time everything went smoothly and got my abs codes read. Went there the next week because I replaced the sensors and wanted to see why my light was still on and was told they didn't have the scanner to read abs codes at that location. When I told them I was just there last week they acted shocked and panicly said it's broken. 3rd time I called weeks ago to get price for turning my rotors and was told 25 each. Then yesterday when I finally got time to do my rotors they told me price is 30 each and would take 1 hour per. I didn't trust the guy so called another location and the price was 25 each and 1 hour per pair. I don't care about the time it would take but the price difference made me mad because the guy at the location I took them to told me they should have the same price as them. Sounds like either someone was trying to make a little off the top. Super shady location!

I stopped in to get things for an oil change and windshield wipers….. Gene (I really hope I’m spelling that right!) was amazing!!!!!! He was so kind and explained things to me, he made sure I was getting a good price and that I had everything I needed. He installed my windshield wipers for me without hesitation within seconds, quickly answered a phone call while helping me, and assisted his coworkers. He multitasked while still helping me as a customer and still had me in and out of the store within minutes. This man deserves a raise!!! Thank you!!! ?

Stopped in today and bought a battery for my 07 Equinox. I was helped out by Joe. He was super friendly and most importantly. Very helpful. He checked my battery for me to make sure it was the problem then swapped it out for me. He also put a new gas cap I purchased on for me.I highly suggest this Auto parts store as your parts store if your in the Canton area. Great job Joe. ?

Joseph the assistant manager was VERY helpful. He knew the parts i handed him found parts very quickly and even took them to my car since I was struggling with ia bad back. I am very impressed!!!!

Merry Howard is an amazing man. He found me with a flat tire on my Harley on the side of 77. He offered an air pump until we discovered a gash in the tire. He then proceeded to follow me at 10 mph 8 miles to the next exit making sure I had some extra safety. I can’t thank this man enough! He wouldn’t take any kind of payment. God bless this man!
