While working on my Classic Chevy I knew O'Reilly' s would have what I needed and if it wasn't in store they'd order it and usually it was there later that day.

Unwilling to warranty a part they had in stock. Hilarious how another oreilly without the part in stock will do a warranty on it but this location would not. You walk in the door with parts in a bag and they’re making comments where you know they’re not going to do the warranty (aka their job)
