Absolutely horrible. Both workers were filthy( the guy I was dealing with was Jon or John. I don’t know how to spell it cause neither of them had name tags on) and smelled of B.O and gear oil. Went in for a part that was said to be in stock, it wasn’t. Then wouldn’t give me the worse product (standard) vs Ac Delco that I wanted for the same price. I paid 20 dollars more for a worse part and I the customer had to get worse end of the deal due to their negligence. What happened to live by the Shamrock? As a former employee of the company, I am disgusted by how the company has become. You don’t care for the customers, you let people with no personal hygiene work for you, and let them dress how ever they want. Both of their blue jeans were grease stained and one of them had his pants waist line just above his knees. What an absolute disgrace to the company. Of all of the stores I’ve visited from here to Florida and Texas, this was without doubt the WORST location I’ve ever been to.

I’ve never had a problem with this particular O’Reilly Auto, Mark, Sebastian, Nick are all great dudes, I was disappointed to hear they let Samuel go, a while back he had helped my wife get to work, repaired her flat tire, picked her up after, with nothing but a kind attitude the whole time.Did I mention everything was absolutely free of charge? I can only hope whoever replaces him values customer service half as much as he did.
