I recently had the pleasure of visiting Ohio Brake and Lube, and I can't say enough good things about my experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and professional. They thoroughly explained the services I needed and answered all my questions with patience. The service itself was prompt and efficient. My brakes were inspected and serviced, and the oil change was done in no time. The pricing was very reasonable, especially given the high quality of work. I left feeling confident in my car's performance and knowing I had received excellent service. I highly recommend Ohio Brake and Lube to anyone looking for trustworthy and reliable auto care. I will definitely be returning for my future maintenance needs!

I'm the sales manager with Shane Fisk Roofing. This is hands done the best company that we have ever worked with. They bend over backwards to serve their customers and deserve so much praise. It's no shock that they won best of the best in Stark by the community. April is a wonderful service manager and makes the experience 11/10!

Amazing mom and pop shop. Went above and beyond to help fix my mom's car, even with all the curve balls we threw in.
Fast, efficient, and fairly priced. Very honest team of people, they communicated through the entire process, including calling with the cost prior to completing the work. 100% recommend and will take my car here for it's maintenance from this point forward. It's good to know there are still honest businesses out there!

Everyone was amazing at Ohio brake and lube my brakes were really bad and I took it to a shop in June they said it was fine and didn’t take the time I took my car to Ohio brake and lube they were quick and efficient they explained everything to me and potentially saved mine and my kids life thank you so much for everything there are no amount of words I can say on how grateful I am you definitely have a customer for life

In today's society where customer service is pretty much no longer a thing this company has EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! They are very professional and good honest people!! I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

Eleven months, <4500 miles, and almost $1000 ago I had a complete brake job done here due to these reviews. Out of nowhere the one front brake started grabbing, and it was inferred to be a bad $200 caliper that “is the only thing that still isn’t under warranty.” Am now loathe to have them replace a lug nut.

My wife recommended me to Bill at Ohio Brake and Lube to get my car checked for leaking coolant. Not only did Bill fix that problem quickly but he also found another issue and fixed it at a cheaper rate than I’d been quoted at other places. He also gave me a discount because my wife is an RN. Definitely going to be visiting then again if I ever need help with my car and I’ll be recommending everyone I know to them as well.
