This is the best nail salon in the area in my opinion. Everyone who works there does a wonderful job and they are also so pleasant and kind. I won’t go anywhere else!!

I got the deluxe pedi but did not receive a few of the treatments included. I also got a dip mani. After the dip I was told my nails were too short due to the uneven application ( I have had my nails shorter and have never had a tech tell me that). My tech put several layers of gel over dip to try and fix but made my nails thick and uneven.

Called in around 5:20 and asked specifically about gel extensions, as advertised on the website, the woman said yes. I asked when they closed and she said if you come now it’s no problem we can do it. I get there and they act like they’ve never heard of gel extensions told me they couldn’t do the design I wanted because they close at 6. I said ohh well when I called the person who answered said you do those and to come now. Another woman chimed in and said ohh maybe you called the wrong nail club, which I did not. So I made the trip out in a rush to be turned away and basically called dumb. Super irritating.

I've been going here for over 6 months, ignoring rude behavior due to the convenient location but after yesterday I'm done and so are my friends. I was told I should come in every 2 to 2 1/2 weeks for a dip (over $60 with tip and they should last at least 3 weeks) so my nails don't crack and the nail tech yelled at me for having tense fingers and actually slapped my thumb. I was dumbfounded. Absolutely not acceptable behavior or customer service. Also they have told my friends and me they don't take appointments, but as I'm sitting there I hear them take calls for certain people and say, "how does 11 sound?" Good bye. I'm taking my business elsewhere.
