Rude old lady with a generation complex.Doesn't want a laptop because I didn't know if it was Windows 10 or 11 in the 10 seconds we were on the phone before she hung up.I go to the store and show them it's a brand new 23 dell laptop and because she was embarrassed of herself, she just says she doesn't want it and doesn't want to look at it.Gave me some nasty remarks on my way out.

Recently I had some unexpected expenses arise days before my next paycheck; I had never been to a pawn shop and I didn’t know what to expect. From what I had read online about the process of pawning I wasn’t very optimistic. I walked in with my favorite diamond ring (retail value over $3000) expecting no more than $60 at best. (Which would be nowhere close to what I needed monetarily.)I couldn’t have been more wrong. The gentleman that helped me, Dave, was incredibly knowledgeable, charismatic and understanding. He didn’t just tell me what he could offer, he asked me how much I needed. To my absolute shock he didn’t even blink and said he would give me the exact amount I asked for. I am incredibly indebted to both Dave and Morris Pawn for helping me when I had no other options.I’m looking forward to going back and picking my ring up. Hopefully Dave will be there - I could have talked to him all day! I’ll also be doing some shopping because the shop is packed with amazing things at prices you would never see in a retail store. For any guitar players out there…GO TO MORRIS! Their collection is beyond amazing and completely affordable.Whether you find yourself in an impossible monetary situation, or you’re shopping for something a retail store would make impossible to purchase, I wholeheartedly recommend Morris Pawn. Thank you Morris Pawn, and thank you Dave; I am so grateful and I look forward to returning for my ring, as well as doing some shopping!Morris is the best!

don't try to bring any gold to this place there experience is mediocre at best and there customer service is great till the old lady tries to act like she is a gold expert and she has never even heard on valcambi 1gram break always every thing i have has been tested on a 25,000 xrf spectrometer [not mine] or i wouldn't be trying to sell 24k gold and she didn't even look at the 3 1885.cc morgans and the 1921 high relief peace dollar slabbed ms 63 and some trade dollars

What a great team everybody there is looking out for your best interest and the prices you can't beat it it's way better than Ohio golden vine. Is those guys rip you off? they seriously offered me $300 less than what Morris pawn offered me for my gold. They have one of the best selections that I have ever seen for music equipment and jewelry.

These individuals have absolutely no idea what sells and doesn’t. They seem to cater to people only looking for tools and shop equipment. That would be fine if that is what was advertised. Otherwise they lowball you worse than a homeless person on Facebook Marketplace. Do not bring anything of value here, you will be lowballed. Go ANYWHWRE, Ohio Gold and Pawn included, than this place.This is a response to the way they treated other customers as well as myself. I will be turning these individuals to the Better Business Bureau and Stark County. The older woman was disrespectful and stated she was the owner. If that is true, we need this eyesore to shut down immediately and for these people to be held accountable since they seen so many reviews yet never changed. You will be filed against with the county. Good day to you people.

I’ve done business for the last 18 months with Morris Pawn Shop. Ever transaction & customer service has been top tier! Aaron has been of great assistance upon every interaction. Upon my last visit to the shop, I were even blessed with a free firearm case. I’ll surely be a continuous, returning customer in the near future!

Went here trying to sell a chain 18k Miami cuban 92% gold little did I know these people will take advantage of your ignorance ... I had no idea what I was holding but now i know it was worth way more than 110$ I shouldve done my research but the employees should do some research on honesty and integrity.... also what's with all the clap backs on your reviews whoever is replying is a child. It was a while ago and it still passes me off to this day plenty of other honest pawnshops you can go to avoid morris pawn at all costs...

Called these people concerning my paw n ticket. Thier connection was bad so I called again and the owner belittled me verbally. Drove to thier location and told one of the employees what happened and my purpose for being there. The same lady pops up from behind a window saying I called 3 times and that I'm acting irrational for simply trying to give them money and conduct business. Was yelled at and kicked out. They are crazy and unhinged.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They even gave my daughter a free gift for being so cute. The items I sold got a great price and happy with the overall experience.

I went here to do gas meter verifications for the gas company until I was met with a rude old woman with conflicting reasons on why not help me. She said she was sick and was about to explode, that I was wrong where the meter might be, the meter is fine, and I should try another day. When asked what day she asked if I wanted her doctor's number to ask him myself. After reading the reviews, I'm not surprised, and I believe she actually is sick. In the head.

10 thumbs down!!!The gentleman, VERY friendly and polite, the "lady" (term I use extremely losely), VERY VERY rude, judgemental, and quite honestly disrespectful!!! Kept cutting me off, bad attitude, and was more worried about getting off work in a half hour than assisting me.

This place is awesome! By far the best pawn shop I've ever been to. Customer service is an A+ and the prices are unmatchable. If you're looking for a good pawn shop Morris is the one for you! I went to all the other ones including gold and pawn in Belden village and they offered me half of what Morris offered me.
