“I just had the most amazing experience with Lexi and Heather transferring our family plan from another cellular provider. It help that we had done our homework before the visit. Our wait to see them was within 5 minutes of walking in the door. Lexi greeted with a warm smile! As my husband and I are not very tech savvy, the gals spent the time educating us ie, difference between the generations of iPods. “This cricket location is the best!! It's a new location it moved from 30th st plaza to east 62 plaza the new address is 2128 Columbus Road NE Canton, OH 44705. I had Melissa she is the new manager and she has manged to make the phone buying experience one to remember. I normally have buyers remorse not after visiting this store and meeting Melissa who is the absolute best. Not to mention as I was leaving a customer was walking in and I learned Melissa also speaks Spanish so she is truly there to help everyone. And not only was my experience at the store was great the service is the best I've ever had compared to boost and metro. “I am not so savvy with electronics and cell phones and contracts and lines and all of that "stuff"". That being said, VEE, the employee at this store has been wonderful. Working with her and having her there to answer questions most people would think is silly, has been anything but stressful. She successfully helped me get my account in order. Phones in order helped switching my info over. All stuff that can be stressful and overwhelming to me. Answer simply about my bill. OVERALL GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THANKS VEE. ASK FOR HER ?”

“*Update* June 2024 it seemed like there were more employees than devices...fortunately for me that meant that I was in and out (picking up an online order) in less than 5 minutes.
Big store, lots of phones and gadgets but also busy. We wandered around for 20 minutes and (unlike other Verizon stores) no one ever spoke to us. They definitely have a good selection though.”
