I have to say absolutely love this place. The people that work there do outstanding work and they are nothing but friendly and extremely helpful. I was in a tight pinch and I was able to walk away with probably one of the best cars that I’ve had since I moved to Ohio, this is the third time this place and I will continue on using this place I highly recommend going to Mission auto sales

Edited review since we can only leave one Aysha Mathis got a car here and it’s terrible y’all can lie to these people in these reviews I got receipts for everything I say and purchased engine went out 4 months after we got the car and got no help on nothing to fix it along with everything else. If I named the issues I would be here til Christmas. Y’all don’t help nobody and yall rude SCAM off route 62 I can always pull up to prove my point no kap in my rap at all

Had to edit my review. The day after I got the title, the back caliper seized up. Cost me $800 for rear brakes, rotors, and calipers. Also, the vehicle had a hole in the muffler with a bad patch job that came off after 60 days, making the vehicle louder. I have since traded this car in for $1,000 less than I paid.

One of the best, most upfront and honest garage mechanics I have worked with in a long time. Told me what he was checking, estimated cost, possiblity of extra charges if the problem was farther down than originally thought, with the agreement of a phone call before anything extra would be added to the bill. Eli not only fixed our problem but did it for half of the quoted price.

First of all I’m not one to leave reviews, mission auto sales went above and beyond to get me in the car I wanted. You can tell that they are a family oriented dealership and really car about their customers! We have bought a couple of cars from them and all have been good reliable vehicles. I recommend them to everyone I know. Go see them, do not hesitate! They will never push you into buying, they will show you vehicles and let you test drive them and give you time to make a decision. Thank you mission auto for the wonderful services you provide for our community. It’s so hard to find dealerships that actually care! Also they take trade all trade ins. Check them out you will not be disappointed!!!

WARNING: Please DO NOT purchase a vehicle from them. Mike is a SCAM, the business is a scam. We purchased a 2012 Hyuandai Sonata for our 16 year old daughter. Mike promised us that this was a great running car and reassured us that we would have no issues- we haven't had the car 20 days, the ENGINE went out on the car today 6/3/2024. We paid $8k. He made us for towing, customer service is terrible. He is not a man of his word. This guy Mike will get you, he acts like he is nice and caring but all he cares about is getting your money. Be careful with this dealership. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP. PLEASEEEE DO NOT GO THERE. I am in complete shock, we haven't had the car 20 days, the ENGINE IS GONE, AND THIS GUY DID NOTHING! DO NOT GO HERE!

We had a very pleasant and upbeat experience at Mission Auto Mike went above and beyond helping us get a car everyone here was great and made the process very easy and actually enjoyable if I could give more than 5 stars I would I definitely recommend Mission Auto and will absolutely buy from Mike again ????

Both my husband and I have been going through sooooo many hardships lately. Us loosing our car was by far the last straw. We tried multiple times to fix and even went to another dealership. I couldn't be more happy that every door closed because ending up at Mission Auto Sales made us realize that happened because Mike was the blessing that we needed. Mike did everything he could matter of fact above and beyond. What he did for my husband and I our kids is something we can never forget and hope to repay. His patience, understanding, kindness, and the effort he made to every avail was the reason we left with a safe reliable vehicle for our family and affordable in a way we could afford.... If he made it happen for us...he will make it happen for y'all
So if you're tired of looking around or getting into vehicles that are no Good than you better believe Mike is the man you want to go to hands down every time don't second guess it go see him for your future vehicle we give our word you won't regret it!!! A couple days ago I was driving up route 62 and my tire blew out on the highway, when I pull off there was no where level I felt comfortable changing the tire with a little scissor jack so I pull behind the building where it was level, I go in to ask for permission to be there, let them know my situation. Well my jack ends up not working, the owner literally gets suited up gloves, boots, a hat and jacket. He brings his floor jack, impact and sockets and helps me change my tire. You have a kind heart and it’ll definitely be paid forward brother. Thank you again.

Once again mike and his crew were outstanding. I was in a real pinch and they were so accommodating and so friendly. They have a customer in me for life. They have an outstanding selection.And some of the best prices in town. I was in and out in ninety minutes. . If you're in need of a vehicle, do yourself a favor stop in and see Mike.
