I took my daughter to get her sports physical done. Our appointment was at 4:35. We weren't called back until 5 pm. The nurse practitioner was rude and told us that the OHSAA paper the school gave us wasn't enough, so we would have to fill out the other papers so she could be seen. She proceeded to get the papers and complained to the nurse that we were wasting her time by not having the papers and that we were putting her behind because she had other people that needed to be seen. Of course, I could hear her saying all this because she was about 10 feet away from me. She then brought me the papers and told me, with an attitude that I must fill out all of this to be seen. I started to fill it out, then told her never mind I would take her somewhere else since I am putting her behind schedule and wasting her time. She denied that she said anything of the sort. I will never use the minute clinic again if this is the type of people they have working for them. Especially around children

I went to pick up a prescription today for my wife and needed to split the sale between cash and debit. I needed to pay one dollar in cash and the balance on debit. The pharmacy tech said I have have exact change and I can't break a five dollar bill because that will make the register short four dollars. DUH how stupid and incompetent can she be ?With that said I could not purchase my blood pressure medication today as a result of her 5th grade mathamatical competency level. I remarked to my wife that I could take her blood pressure medication until payday. Surprisingly the tech said yes you can and we will hold your prescription for a later pick up.Not only is she an idiot with a competency level equivalent of a 5th grader but now she is giving medical advice over the counter. Hopefully she is not permitted to count pills and assist with prescription filling as not to severely injure patients or worse.The pharmacist though did an outstanding job and has always had a very high level of customer service unlike their tech.

This is easily the worst CVS I have ever been to. I am a physician and I ought to know. I don't even know where to begin, the care here has been so egregious. First off they are not friendly or respectful at all. My brother had a stroke a few months ago. Every month I get the same runaround about his prescription for lacosamide. It's always out of stock. You would think they would have a better system to make sure they keep medications in stock that are very important especially knowing that you're going to be coming back in 30 days for the next prescription. They told me to try getting it called in a couple days early. The problem is is that you can't call it in more than two days early because then they won't refill it at all and you won't know about it until you go try to get it. Then when you call it in two days early you better not leave it on the automated system because they won't check it, apparently I should go through the whole menu to speak to a real person. Then of course there is no delivery of any medication over the weekends. Then I called this morning to see if they would fill it as soon as they got it so I could go to my brothers house to set his pill container, they sent him the text and I go in and it's still not even filled. So now I've wasted an entire day trying to get a medication that is just a routine refill. My whole family is leaving CVS as soon as this prescription gets filled! I would give 0 stars but yelp won't let me. Goodbye CVS! And I will make sure everyone I know leaves too!

Stopped in to see about a flu shot at the minute clinic. Didn't know the process, so I asked the girl working there some questions. She was Irritated I was asking her questions. She told me I need an appointment for a flu shot and there are no appointments available today. Funny thing is I checked about a half hour later online and there were appointments available every 15 minutes for the next three hours.

I would not choose to go to CVS for any Covid related needs...There are other pharmacies with much better customer service. Was scheduled to a PCR test yesterday as my daughter is coming in Wed from out of town and she is pregnant so wanted to be cautious as I had a cold...They called me when I was minutes away and said their printer was down, so they could not do any testing. I asked if the Massillon store still had openings (I had seen online they did) but they could not help me, and I had to go through all the prompts to get someone to talk to, and they said I had to do all the info online over again. So I did, rushed to my appt. I had made on Lincolnway , sat there for 15 min waiting , then to be told that they could not do my appt. as the computer had kicked me out saying I had an earlier appt . (the one that they had cancelled) No cars ever came by as I sat there, and yet the pharmacist said they could not help me since I did not have an "appointment" . Bottomline, their phones are not user friendly, and their system is a bureaucratic mess! Went to Walgreens- friendly and no issues!

Was in this cvs store #2063 to pick up prescription 1-14-2022 3:37 pm . As I was standing at the counter I couldn't help but notice the person waiting on me and at least 6 or 7 others working in pharmacy. Not a single person had a mask on covering their nose !! Unbelievable working in healthcare at this unprecedented pandemic times that a pharmacy does not follow recommended protocol ??????

The NP was so extremely rude! I went out of my way to be polite thinking maybe she was having an off day but her bed side manner is the worst I've ever encountered. I will never go back. If I was able to post this review with zero stars, I would have.

Says they have walk in appointments available at any time until you get there and they require an appointment and tell you they never have any available that day.

On my third trip back to this place for my Covid medications. They told me it would be a couple days!!! Are you serious???? Told me to come inside....what?? I have Covid!! Rude staff.Update-Third time in line at drive thru. After waiting 1 1/2 hours, they didn't even have it correct! I was very unpleasant at that point. I will Never be back, even for retail items.

Prescription has been "In process" for 4 days. Can't get through on phone. Inside window closed "due to staff shortages", have to wait in long lines.

I needed some medical documents completed so I can attend my sons camp and the staff at the Jackson Minute Clinic were wonderful! They treated me with kindness and compassion. I will definitely come back here for my minor medical needs.

After reading the reviews I was extremely nervous to go here, but I had a fantastic experience! I didn't have an appointment yet was seen in minutes. Both the LPN and the NP were INCREDIBLY kind and attentive, they fixed my problem, and I was in and out completely satisfied!

Never going back. Every time I take my child here I have to either take her back because the “almost made it doctor” doesn’t know what their doing causing a misdiagnosis, or I have to take her to her real doctor. Either way, I’m paying twice before I can get a treatment.

Horrible staff very rude and unprofessional and the wait is longer than any pharmacy. I think it's the worse cvs pharmacy in the chain. staff need more training in Customer service.

Since when is patient confidentiality no longer a thing? The nurse we had, I think her name was Ruth, she was asian though thats all I know. She asked if I had been oversleeping and how much I slept per day. I said that I like to sleep and she said that I have mild depression because I like to sleep? That does not make sense but now my parents believe I have depression. Do not recommend going there
