The rep on Whipple was so amazing to me when I came in there her name was Tammy she was so great she helped me get a new phone also help me get my info on my phone I would recommend her to my family and friends

I liked this one my last time going to the store. It's closed. I assume not enough workers as everywhere else but online should say it's closed instead of open until 7pm.

Website says open @10am. Sign on door says open @10am.No one here. Door locked. 1015am. Great business. Need a new phone. This location missed out. I get short staffed.... open on time or change hours to accommodate.Very disappointed.Changing my review. 1 to 5 stars. As soon as I left this review, Ruk showed up. I gave him 5 min to open and walked in. He is friendly, knowledgeable about phones and VERY VERY helpful. He got my new phone set up, contacts, texts, everything. I, honestly, couldn't be happier. My old phone is dying and my new one is dope ????.

This phone company has great service..... however all of their stores are trash the staff are worthless and have no knowledge about any of the products (just for fun challenge them to a spelling test). It's ironic that no matter what store you call NOBODY ever answers the phone (at a phone store). Just shop online.
