The man that helped me out in this store was amazing helped me find out the metro store in canton across the street from heavies latterly stole money from me and even showed me they manually changed the total in there systems helped me get a new phone sins I latterly lost enuff just a few weeks ago and had enuff going on with my broken phone

Everytime i get a mixed review when i come here. It's either great or horrible and I feel like the bad times are lasting out the good. I went in looking for a new phone they checked my old phone because it hasnt been working and the guy tells me hes not hip to fb messanger or even the messanger that comes on the phone. He also capt asking if I was here for 5 phones even after I told him 5+ times. I dont want to buy a phone from someone who knows less then me or continues to ask me the same question after i repeatable say NO.

My experience is as follows I switch carriers to MetroPCS about 2 months ago and about a week after I got my new phone I started having issues with it so I took it in and have them inspect it and they told me I had to do a factory reset so I did a factory reset in front of them they then instructed me that they would put in an order for a new phone under my warranty the employee I spoke to at the time of my visit assured me that the order was placed for my new phone and it would be a week till I got my new phone. So 2 weeks go by and no response so I stopped in the Metro PCS store and ask the manager what's going on and she never heard of my situation and didn't know anything about my issue. so I asked the manager to put in an order for new phone she said she would she said she would contact me and it's been 4 weeks since then I'm still paying for my phone and all my services but I'm still receiving all the issues on my phone with no help from the customer service anytime I go in the store. there are a hundred MetroPCS stores around the area I highly suggest choosing one of those other than this location.
