On September 15 | pre-ordered the iPhone 15 pro and I was told I'Il get $200 per port in Device and now they tell me I don't qualify for it. Very poor customer service management and I wish I would've never when thought this Company. It's been hell since I got my phones. If I knew this I would have never moved Service providers.

I would highly recommend going to a different store. The person operating this store today tried to defer me to a different store anyway because she didn't want to be bothered with helping me. Also, she closed the store 2 hours early due to "family emergency". Horrible service. It also depends on who's working. This store can be extremely helpful if you get the right person.
