I went in and the girl behind the counter was very nice and helpful. I was able to purchase my tablet and switch over to Metro with no issues. She also helped me set up my tablet before I left and help me with accessories wonderful place. Great customer service

The staff member young lady I didn't get her name but extremely helpful extremely kind and extremely knowledgeable on all products that she represents it was a pleasure and refreshing to have someone so professional and so willing to meet my needs I can't thank MetroPCS for her employment. She should definitely be teaching course and professional sales to 90% of your other store staff members
