I had ESWL done in surgery today. I was super impressed with the entire experience from start to finish. Every staff member that I had contact with was pleasant, caring, and efficient. The entire hospital was super clean, which is something I always pay attention to. I would absolutely recommend Mercy to anyone for anything healthcare related based off my experience today. Thank you Mercy and your staff! 5 Stars from me!

The customer service in this place is atrocious to say the least. According to the receptionist, you are taken in order of severity which is reasonable, but that is simply not the case at this ER. We got here at 945pm and it is 5am and still not seen. I completely understand places are short staffed and we need to give credit to those who come to work but, I can promise you this is my last choice if facilities to take care of my family if I can help it.

I went in there today in an ambulance for chest pain. The nurses were all very friendly,and dr matlack was really nice,understanding,and answered any questions I had. I’m sorry for all your guys bad experiences, but to be fair,those could be had at any hospital,with any nurse or doctor. It’s all hit or miss,what time you go,and who you get. I got lucky this time. They did all kinds of tests,and saw I had one done last year,and didn’t wanna repeat it,since it wasn’t necessary. I’ll come back here for anything I need. Great job!

wait times in the Er. been here waiting for 4 and a half hours with back pain.. but rooms are empty and no one has been called back for the last couple of hours.. nurses laughing and cutting up with no mask on but we are required to wear one.. pitiful experience and being our of state isnt any better.. just like the town trash

I was there due to an ankle injury and I had to stay a few nights up on the 5th floor and my nurses and aides were absolutely AMAZING I freaking miss ALL of them but I'm so happy to be home now!!!! if I ever need to stay at a hospital ever again though I choose Cleveland Clinic Mercy Hospital ALL the way!!!!! Best Hospital Experience I've Ever Had!!!! Thank You So So So Much!!!!!

The hospital would not allow my friend to be with her husband when he was admitted through the ER. When she insisted on being with him, they called the police snd tried to have her arrested.

Very rude service for years of going there. There are a couple of nice employees if you are lucky enough to have them wait on you.
