“Everytime I go into DXL I am always greeted with a huge smile by usually Rob or his other employees. They are very helpful and friendly there finding me whatever I need. I tell them the occasion and they show me what they got and recommend. Rob even sewed the button back onto my shirt for me that fell off. Great service!”
“The staff here are always some of the friendliest I've ever met! I love the merch and jewelry the store has to offer. Such a great place for gifts as well. My only complaint is that the plus size section is almost nonexistent. I know they have more online, but it is nice to try things on in the store sometimes like everyone else can. Their section is basically two hooks with a few hangers of random shirts/dresses on each, all random plus sizes. I think the issue is the store is simply too small for everything they have, but I feel that not having that section leaves a lot of us plus size people out and if we want the cute clothing, we HAVE to shop online and hope it fits. I would give 5 stars if they had a better section for us.”

I had no clue what to say or how to communicate what I needed, but the employee I worked with was extremely patient and was able to help me get exactly what I needed done! Even helped me with my belts at no cost! I can say with 100% certainty that George’s Fashions & Tailoring will be my choice for any future fashion needs and I recommend this place to anyone that needs alterations or a new suit.”

“I was actually surprised at the shoe selection they had. They didn't sell many larger shoes though. I found a few 8s but I could not find many 9 or 10s. Very nice selection of clothing for a younger group. I was also surprised about the sizes they carried in stores. Some of their clothing goes to a 3x its a very limited plus size selection but nice they still offer it.”

“They have good selection of t-shirts that you won't find at the usual places like Walmart. If you like to prank people, they have stuff to assist with pranks and magic stuff. They also have adult only things if you are into that. The staff is helpful.”
“There were only two employees working on a Sunday afternoon and they were being kept pretty busy by the steady stream of customers that they had. The employees explained that they do have boot stretching available if it is needed as we were looking for wide mouth boots. We found some boots and leather treatment that we were satisfied with and walked out with a new pair of boots for my wife.”

“I bought my daughter a pair of shoes online for Christmas that ended up being too big. For the life of me couldn’t find the email receipt. Every employee was so helpful. Jas looked up my order with my phone number (life saver!). Unfortunately the shoe was sold out but they gave me a refund and sent me over to Kids Footlocker where it was in stock and $25 cheaper! No clue she could even still fit kids sizes. Apparently a kids size 6 is equivalent to a womens 7.5! Everyone at Kids Footlocker was awesome too. Not every day you get such good customer service. I’ll look at Footlocker first from now on.”
