“I very rarely find a company that goes out of their way to make things easier for the consumer. But I found one and it is Sonshine Medical. My battery cover broke on my electric wheelchair. I called a couple places but it was Austin, from Sonshine Medical that got right back to me. He ordered what I needed, called when it came in and I told him that I had to call the ADA bus to schedule a ride for the following day. I soon as I hung up, Austin called me back. He offered to bring the part to me and fix my wheelchair, in my apartment!! I told him that he did not have to do that but he would not accept my “no”. He told me that he would be over after his lunch break. Austin came over, spent about 15 mins fixing my wheelchair, all while having a pleasant conversation! He was so nice and very friendly. He charged me nothing to come to my apartment and these days, you just don’t find people like Austin and Sonshine Medical. Thank you very much!!”

“I contacted Miller's since they installed my husband's chairlift @ 4 years ago. Recently it started beeping. Isac & Jaxon came out to see what the problem was. After checking everything out they found the problem & fixed it. And the cost was under what they had estimated. Isaac & Jaxon were very courteous & professional & I would highly recommend them & Miller's to service your chairlifts.”

“My mom was given an Rx for a nebulizer and so, of course, I waited until a Friday at 4:30pm (a half hour before they close for the weekend!) to go in and get it for her. They were extremely helpful, and even though I accidentally made it hard on them (I went in without her insurance cards, on a Friday when her doctor's office is closed, and only a half hour before they themselves close for the weekend), they got it done for us! I feel bad when I'm one of "those" customers. You know the ones. The ones who don't have anything helpful with them (like insurance info) and come in at the last minute. Yeah. That was me. Yet they remained friendly, helpful, and got me the nebulizer my mama needed! She showed me how to set it up for my mom and how to use it. Letting me know that if I have any questions, I could call them! She also informed me about the quarks of the machine (i.e. Don't leave it on for more than 30 mins at a time, etc.). I appreciate their kindness and helpfulness, and I highly recommend them for your medical supply needs!”
