After shopping online for Mattresses and looking at reviews, my wife and I narrowed our search to 3 locations. (Matters Showcase being one of those) Our first stop was at Mattress Showcase and the lady there couldn’t have been more knowledgeable and helpful and super willing to work with us, however, we did want to check other stores as well and after looking through a few box store brand locations you could easily see the difference that a commissioned based box store would show. My wife and I returned back to Mattress Showcase and purchased our mattress box springs and frame from them and it was delivered 3 days later and completely set up. The staff were wonderful and we would absolutely recommend them to anyone searching for a good quality mattress. Thank You

I always support a locally owned, family business over large corporations! Went in today for a king bed and the staff was so wondering. She completely respected our budget, assessed our needs and we walked out the door with everything we needed and more, with a discount! Thank you to this team for such a wonderful experience. We will definitely go back in the future!

Great place to get your new mattress! Went in there with my girlfriend and both walked out with something that was perfect for the both of us! Kathy was very informative and helpful when it came to picking out our new bed! We are definitely recommending them to all of our friends and family!

Went in with no knowledge and 2 opposite preferences, came out with a mattress the boyfriend and I both liked. Within our budget too! The owner was knowledgeable and really helped us find our perfect fit; quick and efficient! Thanks!

My husband and I went into mattress showcase to get a new mattress.The staff is above and beyond. Not only did they help us, they gave us a great discount on the mattress we wanted.Both my husbands family and my family have bought our mattresses here for YEARS. We live on a third story apartment,they got it up to our apartment, took our old one with no problems. The staff was professional, helpful and very nice. We definitely love doing business with this company and will be back.I love shopping family owed. You and your family always do a great job.

Received the best customer service today from Nate. He was very knowledgeable and patient. We didn’t feel pressured or rushed and it was the easiest shopping experience I’ve had in a long time. Would recommend this establishment to others solely based on the customer service provided by Nate.

I ordered a mattress set from a chain store that ultimately made promises they couldn’t keep. So with my very disappointed daughter, we found mattress showcase. They (quickly) found us a set my daughter loved and was MUCH better quality than the one I originally planned to purchase elsewhere. And because the employee knew we had already been waiting a week for a bed, she also gave us a two day delivery date that fit our schedule. This is where I’ll go for any further needs, and who doesn’t love to shop family owned businesses anyway?
