Absolutely horrible! Andrea gave me a hard time about refilling a prescription. Then they had a dumb new pharmacist screw up everything. And now I will be without pen needles I need to inject insulin with. Andrea straight up said she didn't care if I didn't have what I needed that's it's not their fault! It's totally their fault

I've never had a bad encounter with an employee at the Marcs on Tusc. I even use my MC debit card without issues. Seems to me you other people need an attitude adjustment before going into the store- Carolyn

When the employees want to carry an attitude every time as if they don't want to work there and treat a disabled elderly lady like crap for no good reason, your store can say it lost a customer. Will spend my money elsewhere. Your store is utter trash anyhow and deserves zero business for the ugly deeds I witness your store commit every single time I've been there. And I'll be making sure everyone I know chooses you as a last resort.

Marc's sucks!!! Incompetent managers who are 19 or 20 years old!!! I will never set foot in that disgusting place again! They are rude beyond rude. Supposed to make accommodations for us with disabilities but would rather scream and throw you out and humiliate you. I got a lawyer looking into what they did to me!!! You suck Marc!!!!

The cashier didnt hand me a bag of things i paid for and when i came back doors were locked before they even closed, and they told me I had to come back tomorrow for things their cashier didnt hand me. The manager refused to speak to me and than when she did just kept telling me they were closed which by the time she acknowledged me they were. I understand that mistakes happen so i drove from home back but to refuse to give me things i paid for is ridiculous. than decided to go watch the video recordings and say things that were not on my receipt. showed her pictures of what i actually bought and she didnt say anything because she watched the wrong person on the video. Than decided to give me stuff since she knew she was wrong. Did not apologize or anything just handed me the bag and walked away. Never will I return

Was at this store 8/16/20. It was filthy. No covid rules in place. Chaotic. The women's restroom was absolutely disgusting. Toilets all stopped up. Looked like the floor and doors and sink that never been cleaned. It smelled. I can't even think about what the behind the scenes stuff looks like. Even the conveyer belt for the food was not cleaned and I didn't even want to put my food on it. Never again.

I have shopped this store for 20 years or more. But no more. During this pandemic the store has been a nightmare. It’s PACKED with people going any way they choose. No one way aisles. And the employees make the whole situation worse with u boats of product on both sides of aisles. You are left w a 5 foot section down the middle of the aisle to try and navigate. And this wasn’t just one shopping trip. It’s every time I go. Which is roughly every two weeks. I will take my chances at Walmart.

While I always try to shop local and have been shopping Marc's for many years. Today I have to give up on Marc's. First, the Pharmacy gave my meds to someone else. A breach of my private medical information. How does that happen? Second, Marc's policy is all employees wear a mask. Isaiah in the deli wears his on his neck while slicing deli. When I went into Marc's Dec. 24, 2018. I wanted meat from the deli. The employee muttered and I asked for some cut meats. Then she asked what king of swiss cheese I wanted. I asked her what she had. She only carried one brand! She has no idea to say Thank You, Bye, I appreciate your business, nothing. When I wanted some cereal on sale another employee yelled, whatever is on the shelf is what we have. I said ok find the manager. Holly came over and we found the cereal that I was looking for from their ad. Then she wanted explain the employees bad behaviors. No. I don't care. The employees you pay always have bad attitudes. (Ask Jeff Fisher how that worked out for him). I left my cart with Holly and I'll take my $3-400 a month somewhere eles. Holly got an even worse attitude and said I hope you have a better rest of your day as I was walking AWAY. I said I will. Then she kept it up and said Merry Christmas. I stopped and turned around and said if you want to say something to me, say it to my face, NOT after I have turned and walked away. She just stood there and glared at me. So, i stood there waiting for any more comments. This is what Marc's hires for Managers! I left a message for the Regional Manager Dean to call me. It's only been 3 weeks. He'll probably call right?
