The man who waited on me was very nice, he was very respectful, and he quickly volunteered to check prices for me.
I just called Mario's the young man's is name is Michael.
I got the info I needed, made my purchase, and was on my way.
In my opinion, he is a great customer service representative for Mario's and a lot of other establishment owners/supervisors could use him as a model when they are looking at hiring new people.
I was there on June 7, 2024 @ around 8:50 pm.
I'll definitely go back and give them my business.

“This store was very clutch for me. They close before 5pm on Christmas Day. Wanted to grab a few drinks for Christmas Day. They answered the phone. Good service quiet. If you're ever in Cleveland go to them but I recommend call to make sure.?”
“Convenient, usually two people working so your not in line long at all. Building has been a drive-thru forever. Had a girlfriend from phoenix Arizona said she never seen one, didn't even know what it was”

“Nice staff. The only issue I have is I can tell some of the frozen products get thawed and refrozen. (One example is the hot and spicy banquet wings). I think they have a problem with their coolers staying at temp.”
“I was delivering Saturday and they had closed I70 to do some overhead wiring work so I was delayed, I showed up just as your employees were heading to their vehicles but they were awesome and stayed late to unload the truck. When I asked one of the gentleman employees about something about bourbon he took his time to tell me about different brands and everything I needed for a gift for a special occasion about taste and smoothness. 20/10 every single employee is excellent. I've never had a bad moment and I'm there multiple times a week for almost a year.”
