I had an outage (which was my fault) I sent a email at 11pm hoping I would get someone to respond the next day... Chris responded within minutes and asked if it was OK he came out that night together my internet back up! No joke 20 minutes later chris was here and by midnight had my internet back up and running! I have never had a personal experience like this before! Internet works amazing service is a 12 out of 10 and after 5years I willL never go anywhere else! I’ve had this service going on 7yrs now. Outages are a minimum, and they usually happen when it’s an off peak time for usage while they do maintenance on equipment. Any other time, I simply get in touch with my tech and the problem is fixed quickly and efficiently. So if you can get this service, do it! It blows the cable line out of the water.

Just moved to Canton, Ohio and gave them a buzz bcz they are local. (always support your local business) they were very upfront and willing to work with me on the phone all though I am not a customer YET I will be in a couple days or so. Bcz they treat you as a human being and not another account and the prices I can't beat it. Very professional and willing to work with you no matter what! Don't listen to these 1 star reviews they don't know what they are talking about!

This company was an option when everyone else told us we couldn't get wifi where we lived. They made it happen and for less than many of the satellite companies who couldn't promise more than minimal data speeds. We run a ton of streaming devices and computers and tablets and everything works. When we have issues, they will stay on the phone with you , walking you step by step through fixing it until it's fixed. So grateful for this company!

LightSpeed Technologies is the best internet provider I have had to date. They are very responsive and, unlike other internet companies, they offer fair rates. If you are looking for a company that will treat you like a person, instead of "just another account", this is the company to go through!

After more than a year of intermittent outages on a daily basis, two service calls that didn’t help, and one major customer service hassle, I switched away from an utterly disappointing regional/national provider to LightSpeed Technologies. My internet service is SO MUCH BETTER. Plus, their customer service is very responsive (and just around the corner). Yes, I do pay more, but it’s been worth every penny.

These guys are so awesome. 1. they provide strong internet speeds out where i live (paris, oh), and 2. they are just awesome guys. This weekend (4th of july holiday weekend) i accidentally cut my cable with the tracks on a front end loader this morning. called them, ran to lowes and albert was over before i even got out of lowes. Really awesome customer service and down to earth

Our business location was stuck with 1Mbps down by .2Mbps up DSL. These speeds hurt our overall business and ability to properly offer a hotspot to our guests. We called up Lightspeed Technologies. They worked with the building owner and scheduled an install. Within an hour we were surfing speeds at 10Mbps Down and 5Mbps Up with a bill cheaper than we were paying for the DSL. We can't thank these guys enough. Very professional and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
