Roger was the best salesperson I’ve ever dealt with. I never felt rushed or pushed into any decision. He was helpful and genuinely caring about our lives to make sure we got the exact car we wanted. The buying experience was easy and the whole team helpful. We can’t say enough good things about Volvo Cars Canton!

I bought a brand new Volvo here which was pricey but well worth it!!! The staff has been AMAZING with issues that have had to be dealt with the car and just been so nice and tried to help in each and every way
Id buy another brand new car here just bc I know im going to be taken care of. And I hate car buying lol. Would highly recommend this car dealership. I never write reviews either, but I had to write one for this.

I recently had to get another car and was referred to Kempthorn by a co worker. Car buying is one of my least favorite things to do in life. My wife and I went down to the dealership to look at the used preowned cars. Was introduced to Roger Kyriacou (one of the nicest people I have ever met). He spent over an hour with use looking at a Volvo XC60 and we also drive the vehicle. We decided to purchase the car and Roger made the whole process, easy and seamless. I highly recommend Roger. We will go back to Kempthorn for another car for sure. Great experience!!!!

Working with Roger was a great experience. He walked us through the process and was very patient as my wife built her vehicle and put in the order.
Vehicle came in early and it was gorgeous.

I went to get a key for my son Volvo the battery was disconnected when they done the car need a jump to start when I got in it it was no lights on the dash so I want to ask the guy who work on it about the light before I ask him he turn around and said we only programmed the the key and he walked away not listening to me
So I got in the car and drove from canton to Youngstown which no lights on the dashboard could not move my seat mirrors and windows
When I got home turn the car off and it won’t start without jump when I look I find out they did not tighten the battery

I have 2 Volvo but I will never take them to kempthorn again
I think you need to teach your employees how to talk to the costumers
He was very mean when he walked away without looking why the the dashboard have no light
It was like he don’t care
They just charge me $425 for a key man’s that’s all he care for
Sorry I will not recommend kempthorn for my friends who own a Volvo

Went to kempthorns looking for a cx-5 for the last month met Troy the salesman very knowledgeable about the suv and also a very nice person. Did a great job answered the questions I ask all&all great experience there . Oh and also close to home See Troy if you’re looking for a new or I used car . Again great place.

His professional manner and knowledge of their vehicles made it easy to find the right vehicle for us. Once we found the car, he worked with us to make a fair deal.There was no pressure just genuine concern too help us. I recommend Shawn and the dealership highly
