Couldn't figure out my electrical problem on my skis.. Charged me1500 to not fix it..not even a suggestion...It was more interested in me selling it to them as scrap... Took it to a power sports shop and fix them for 2500..Also have heard of one other person that tried to buy their ski for scrap...stay away
