I've recently had some car problems with the car I purchased. Matt & Ray were very quick to get my car in the shop & resolve the issues. They took the time to explain everything to me & made sure everything was in proper working order, as they understood how important having a dependable vehicle is when you are a traveling nurse. Thank you so much for everything you have done Matt, Ray & the rest of the service department. I hands down recommend their service department for all mechanical needs.

Came to JDB on a co workers recommendation, started with filling out the online information & was set up with the sales representative Darrell. Darrell reached out over the phone & set up a time that worked for me to visit his office. He helped through the entire process. Unfortunately my first visit I didn’t leave with a car due to paperwork issues out of his control. But he stayed in communication to get all my correct documentation sorted & to try again. He was extremely sincere during this whole process & walked me through everything. Even when issues began to arise on my second visit him & the whole team at the canton office were extremely helpful & got me in a vehicle, driving off the lot that same day ☺️ lots of ups & downs but wonderful experience & extremely grateful for the team they have in Canton

Just bought a beautiful Honda - CRV, thanks to Mike Hatcher! He worked with me and my husband and got us right into a beautiful car, he made the whole experience of buying a car a lot of fun, and made sure we were comfortable the whole time! He made sure we were walking out today with a car, he’s a great guy! Go down and check him out if your needing a car, it is definitely worth it :)

Did not purchase from there. Was offered 10 year old car that came with 168,761 miles. The car was at 100 miles from location I visited. My car was totaled(not my fault). I need transportation for medical appointments and other necessary errands, they prey on desperate people as someone else stated. Very nice personable people in begining. Another customer was there, she was having overheating problems with her purchase and looked stressed being there. Horrible place. The 10 year old car that included 168,761 miles at $196 every two weeks was slap in face. Absolutely, those payments would have lasted way longer than the life of that vehicle.

Wow,I can't believe they got me approved today, I went in thinking they would tell me no, they worked with me and gave me a chance. Mike went the extra mile as I heard he also does in explaining the program why I couldn't get a sport car at this time and how it will help me credit wise down the road. My dad and sister are both customers and I will definitely recommend them to any one that needs a second chance or1st time buyer, make sure to go see Mike he treats you like family...

service department is terrible with customer service. dropped my car off early in the morning and never heard anything back. I love far away and stopped back in and the guy at the desk didn't know anything. so I left and called in to ask if I could pick up tomorrow where he proceeded to tell me they could rush through it and say nothing was wrong with it. I drove it off the lot the first day and it was messed up. not impressed.
