I came in looking for an engagement ring and Matt was incredible in helping me get the perfect one. I had an idea of what I wanted and a price range I wanted to be in and Matt got me the perfect ring with ease. It was a great experience and I would recommend him to anyone.

This is for the store on Everhard Rd. In Canton. When we originally bought our wedding rings, we purchased a warranty package that included free cleanings and re-sizings for life. Last week we took our rings into to be resized and cleaned. Mat greeted us and was super friendly. He was very knowledgeable and efficient and had us out the door in 10 minutes to schedule the cleanings and resizing. Our rings were ready for pickup in 2 business days! They look like new and the new fit is awesome! I would also add the other staff was super friendly, patient, and accommodating with us (we have 4 young kids). Overall I give 5 stars and highly recommend this store based on their knowledge, efficiency, and kindness!

Mat was AMAZING! From the initial conversation to the finished product, professional and personable!
While I was on vacation, I broke my mother’s wedding set that my fiancé proposed to me with. When I took it in to Jared’s, I wasn’t sure if I was going to get it back in as close to original condition as possible, and boy did Mat come through! Not only did he let me know the day I took it in that it would be close to brand new, but he delivered in every way and then some! I CANNOT express enough how much it meant that I could have my ring back as close to original as possible…but this thing looks BRAND NEW! Thank you, thank you, thank you! Also, my father was so happy when he saw it, he even teared up a little!

I went in on a Saturday to buy a watch for my husband's birthday on a whim. Mat helped me and was absolutely amazing. He was very knowledgeable and even gift wrapped it for me! Definitely an asset to this location!

Came in Mat was so friendly and helpful. He got me squared away for service on one piece of jewelry and then was kind enough to take the time cleaning up my second one that I didn't think was salvageable, making it look brand new. Very happy!

My husband and I bought an anniversary ring and two watches recently from here. Mat was so nice and helpful, and very patient while I tried on quite a few different rings and took my time deciding on what I wanted. They were able to resize my new ring within a couple days. Would 10/10 recommend.
